A Bond Not Meant To Be

A Bond Not Meant To Be

The quest to save herself and Mitch from the sharp claws of the tribunal council. ELEVEN DAYS LATER Mitch returned from his business trip. He had spent four long days in the capital city, buried in meetings and the endless work of the High Councilor. On the sixth day, he left the capital and came back to Landmark City. Lucille was in her office, drowning in files and deadlines, when suddenly, she froze. A sharp jolt rushed through her. Her wolf stirred awake, whispering in her head. “Mate.” Her heart leapt. She shot up from her chair, breath catching in her throat.

Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders

Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders

They looked equally perplexed, but Mitch’s face was set in a way that told me something had been gnawing at him. Mitch stepped into the barn, looking like he'd been pulled out of quicksand, his boots caked in mud and his clothes smeared with dirt. He didn’t even seem to notice the way his boots dragged as he made his way across the barn floor. Liz and Jane followed him in, both with scowls etched into their faces. Jane crossed her arms, frustration clear in her posture. Mitch wiped his brow with the back of his hand, clearly tired. He looked back at Jane, then at me. "We were following the tracks." He rubbed the back of his neck, visibly uncomfortable. "We hit a stretch of ground near the fo

C.H.A.O.S. The Runaway Prince

This time the old man looked up to one of his companions and whispered something before he left towards the building. Jacob Jenkins had landed in Rayfield City. Jacob was a former heavyweight champion in MMA but quit when his family was killed. Later on, he joined the McConnell family to find out the truth but there was no lead that would tie the family to his family’s assassination. So, he suddenly disappeared and was nowhere to be found until he resurfaced in Sol’s courtside during his debut match. “Long time no see, Jacob,” Leon muttered as he greeted Jacob outside the airport. “Leon.” Seemingly surprised upon seeing Leon but he had expected this to happen anyway.

Blood and Betrayal

Blood and Betrayal

I thought of the world that was currently waking up to a silence it didn’t understand. But as I felt that tiny, second heartbeat pulse against my palm, I didn’t feel like a fugitive. I didn’t feel like a victim of a global conspiracy. I felt like an Architect. The first book was about the blood. It was about the betrayal and the breaking of the old world. It was about the trauma of the glass and the roar of the mountain. But the second book? The one we were starting right now, in this quiet French valley? That book was going to be about the Home.

The Mafia Lord And His Spy Lover (Book 1)

And they're huge. The way the story ends in this book isn't complete, because Adonis and Bella get another book in the series. That book is the sixth, so I can't proceed with their story without finishing books 2, 3, 4 and 5, because the 6th book picks up from where Bella and Adonis's story left off in this book but continues through the story of the rest of the couples. And I simply don't want to ruin the surprises the other couples have to offer in the meantime.

Hunter's Mark

Hunter's Mark

Rainn I sat at my desk with my head in my hands. My office was trashed, my desk now broken in half. It’s been two weeks since Adalyn and Elodie went missing. That night I woke up out of a deep sleep with a feeling of dread in my stomach. I reached over but Addie was not in bed, her side was cold. I looked at the clock and it said 3:30 a.m. I got out of bed, threw a t-shirt and shorts on, and headed to look for her. She wasn’t in the bathroom, so I went downstairs next. The lights were on downstairs, the tea kettle was on the stove, and her tea was out but she was nowhere to be seen. I heard footsteps on the stairs and turned around to see Mercer. “Have you seen Elodie? I woke up and she’s no

I absolutely love this series, I never thought I would be one to like the bxb books but as soon as I read A Broken Alpha I was hooked. I fell in love with all the characters and they just keep getting better. I am always impatiently and excitedly waiting for the next chapter... Well done Abigail.

Frequently Asked Questions

honestly, figuring out the order used to be a pain. The way I see it, you have two valid paths: publication order or in-universe chronological order. For a first-timer, I'd lean hard toward publication order because Vince Flynn's writing and the character's emotional arc just build better that way. Starting with 'American Assassin', the chronological prequel, actually robs some of the suspense from the early books like 'Transfer of Power' where you're learning who this guy is.

That said, if you're a chronology purist after your first read-through, the timeline starts with 'American Assassin', then 'Kill Shot', 'Transfer of Power', 'The Third Option', and so on. Kyle Mills continued the series after Flynn's passing, and those books slot into the timeline after 'The Last Man'. The Mills books maintain the tone fairly well, but you can feel a slight shift. My paperback copy of 'Order to Kill' is practically falling apart from rereads.

My advice? Grab 'Transfer of Power'. Dive into the original crisis. The later prequels hit differently when you already know where Mitch is headed.
