She outlined my lips, filled them in, blotted with a tissue. She stepped back and studied me.

She asked, picking up the salt and pepper shakers to clean underneath before setting them back in place. "Is it that obvious?" Cilyna half laughed, fixing her coffee just right. "Your makeup is smudged a little." Beatrice replied, handing over a napkin for her to blot under her emerald greens smiling her thanks. "Yeah, it's going to be strange without them running through my office playing tag all day. Maybe I'll be able to get some work done though." They exchanged smiles as she took a swig of her coffee with a contented sigh as she swallowed the rich caffeine.
