The story can be seen to be a bit horror based if you are to talk about the genre but still you will find a lot of comical reliefs once you give the story a try

John is suffering from Osteomyelitis. A bone infection which has increased. Reason is Jim and Nathan. Nathan also have a son Michael. However, he doesn’t want him involved in saving William. Their journey is about revenge, love, power and strength. Bossman connection to Ivanka and William is something which will leave both Jim and Nathan Flabbergasted.

I was eighteen when I donated one of my kidneys to Susie Grant, but she died to transplant rejection anyway, and I was chased out of the Grant family. Before long, the surgery incision festered, and I died of infection in the streets. When I opened my eyes again, I was five once more, and it was the day I was taken back to the Grant family's home.
