Monica's Engagement Ring From Friends Novels & Stories

The lounge hummed with quiet sophistication around them. Soft jazz floated through the air while Verity and Monica settled deeper into their corner booth. The white wine in Verity’s glass caught the warm light as she took another sip, feeling strangely lighter than she had in months. Monica was still staring at her like she had grown horns. “You’re getting married to Quentin Langford?” Monica repeated, voice rising. “Kingsley’s older brother? The notorious playboy billionaire? Vee, have you lost your damn mind?”

Natalia turned to me, her expression softening into a warm smile. "Simon, my daughter was in the wrong today. I'm asking you, on my behalf, to give her another chance. "We've put so much into this engagement party, and everyone's already here. "The ring is a one-of-a-kind red diamond that Jones Group won at an auction. I'm sure you'll love it. "And you have to admit: my daughter is one of the most stunning women around, isn't she?" Tania watched her mother, who was putting on quite the sales pitch, and could not help but think how ridiculous the whole scene was.

I said and smiled. My friends haven't been that close to Victoria and Stance, more like they never talked but they just smile at each other when they pass by. I guess they are still not over the cheating thing that they did to me but they don't complain either which is a good thing knowing how my friends are. "You look stunning!!"Molly exclaimed. "Perfect!"Elsa complemented. "If you are looking this gorgeous when you are the maid of honor then how will you look when you will be the bride..."Claire said and smiled broadly.

"No, I will be fine..." "Girlfriend or should I call you Her majesty?" Kim said all excited you would have thought she was the one who got engaged. "Nina will do..." "We are happy for you, can we take a picture of your ring?It looks expensive." Julie stated as her and Nicky jumped up and down excitedly looking at it.They took pics of my ring and some selfies with me to post on the Instagram.Everything was happening at a supersonic speed. I looked everywhere for Lucy or Willaim but there was no sight of him.

It is absolutely not the same ring that Kianna always wears. “This is not the same ring you wear before. Confirm it with your very own eyes. Are you all blind or what? That ring looks as if it is newly bought solely for engagement purposes. Am I right?” *Flashback* “Do you know that your friend is now engaged?” Hera looks at Marco. “You mean Kianna?” Marco nodded. “How did you know who my friend is?” “I saw it on social media. Hera Hidalgo’s friends. Most of your photo was tagged by them. Kianna is also part of it. Am I right?”

said Monica in a very lazy tone. Luis rose from his position. He then motioned for Monica to go first. "Okay, let's have some fun." answered Luis. "I don't know why in this world there are freaks like him?" muttered Monica to herself. Flash back off. "Only that?" she asked. "Then how did you two get married?" asked Alina. Monica looked down. "The story is very long. The point is, he confessed his feelings when I was working. At that time he came to my workplace and gave me a bouquet of flowers along with this ring." Monica showed me a silver ring with Luis's name engraved on it.

Even though it was gold, it was as soft as a fabric. Monica had brought all her jewellery with her when she left Elysian Island. She knew that she could trade them for money. As she had left in a hurry, an agate bracelet hung out of her clutch. Jay was excited. It was his chance to get rich! Jay looked away from the clutch to look at Monica. What a beauty! She looked as elegant as a goddess. Jay gulped. "My beautiful lady, do you need any help?" "No, thank you," Monica replied without any hesitation.

One left behind from his fight to the death with Lance. My mind went to dark places. I stared at the ring. It was gorgeous. A thirty-three carat, vivid pink diamond set in a platinum-rose gold band, sparkling so brightly it looked unreal. Tiny pink and white diamonds surrounded it, making it one of a kind. Why was my boyfriend out engagement ring shopping with his ex's best friend? You: What the fuck? What the actual fuck?! Steam flooded out of the holes in my head. Bianca: Sorry. I'm shit at keeping secrets.

"I'm engaged!!! the girls screamed. Tricia jumped out of the couch and hugged Monalisa. "Hold up! Is that a diamond ring? Like the real diamond ring? "Yes babe. A real diamond ring for a real diamond lady. Yes babe " Monalisa snapped her fingers. "So who proposed? "Jayden James Bruno! "Oh my goodness! I'm soooo happy for you. Congratulations girlfriend. Hold up, Jayden James Bruno? The city's most eligible bachelor? Isn't he a...? "A what? "Nothing. I'm just happy for you. Congratulations. But how long have you two known each other and dated?

"Bertha! You're trying to deceive me, right? These are earrings made of fake rubies, not real rubies. You said you wanted to thank me for helping you, and now you bring a pair of fake ruby earrings to give to me? Bertha! It seems like you've looked down on me too much, right?" Monica is a person who loves expensive jewelry, she owns many necklaces made of diamonds and different gemstones, so she can distinguish real rubies with just a glance. Fake rubies. Bertha dared to use fake rubies to deceive her. Monica was really angry. Bertha heard Monica's scolding, and her face became worried. However, Bertha still tried to deny what Monica said, Bertha said.
