May tried to press on Miranda's arms and wrists, while Ben searched for the needle. "What did you do to our Luna?" Joshua demanded Carolynn once again. Carolynn's gaze met with Joshua's own. Her orbs were cool, her pupils calm yet underlined with a sadistic malice. "Miranda was never meant to be amongst you monsters. She was special. An angel. She will never be your Luna." Carolynn promised.

There was something dangerous beneath his tone now. Something Adrian wouldn’t want to provoke. “What he’s doing is illegal,” Colin went on. “I’ve tolerated enough already. Divorce or not… he doesn’t get to treat you like that.” Miranda didn’t respond immediately. “I won’t,” she said quietly. Colin studied her face. Searching. Making sure she meant it. “Promise me.” Miranda hesitated. Only for a second. Then she nodded. “I promise.” That was enough. Colin exhaled.

Dimitri retorted back but Pim just snorted. "It matters because he's my friend." Pim answered, feeling proud. Dimitri just snorted but later on smirked which Craig nervously laugh at. This is not good. "Even if I said I'd give you the most expensive airpods I have which you loved the most?" Dimitri stated cockily. For some reason Craig got nervous looking at Pim who's thinking deeply. Wait, why does it seem that him acting for the music video is up to Pim when it is him who's gonna act?

He asked, this bastard! I took the second glass again, I made to drink from it, but someone snatched it away from me. I turned backwards, only to see Miranda emptying the glass of drink inside her mouth. She belched after she was done, then she kept the glass back on the table. "Hi I'm Miranda Grande, his personal assistant. I'd appreciate if we leave now, since it's almost midnight, we have duties to carry out tomorrow," Miranda said surprising everyone. By now I was already seeing double. Mr vision was becoming blurry.

Lucien continued, “You will be with me, day and night, until I figure out who you really are… and why I can’t touch you.” Mireya blinked, her mind was spinning. She barely caught the words, but when it clicked, when the meaning of the bargain she had just made settled in her bones, she stopped breathing. A bargain with a monster. “Very well then,” Lucien said, straightening his posture. “Come to my office, now. Don’t keep me waiting.” And before she could respond, before she could process his command, he simply turned and walked away. After a few steps, and in a heartbeat, he was gone.

I stated as a matter of fact. “I mean catch up, silly,” she feigned, slapping my shoulder before looking up to the ever so confused Jack. Reaching for the tip of her midnight black hair tied in a high ponytail, she twirled the end with her pink polka dot manicured fingernails. I can see drool spilling out from her parted pink tinted lips. “Did you and Jake break up? Why are you with someone else?” She got her blue eyes fixed on Jake at the same time she learned to spell ‘I’. Her aim is to sink in her claws on my man. The amount of mascara weighing her eyelids down is hindering her from seeing Jake and Jack’s resemblance.

She said directly to the Alpha staring directly at his eyes, she didn’t even flinch for a bit. I was surprised at her boldness. It was an abomination for anyone to talk back at the Alpha yet this girl not only talked back but also shouted at him. Was she really that clueless or was she acting out of anger. Miranda not only shouted at him but also asked him to shut up. She pointed at everyone in the room and said. “If anything should happen to me, I promise you all even if I was dead, Mt ghost will tiny you still you are down. You all will each have miserable deaths.” She declared boldly and then turned closer to the bodyguards.

Or maybe she is working with the enemy? Before I could say anything, Miranda just walked right into my house, as if she had every right to be there. I was taken aback by her audacity and didn't know what to do. I asked her how she knew where I lived, and she simply replied that she had followed me last time. I felt my anger boiling over. Who did this woman think she was? Invading my privacy and walking into my home without my permission? I demanded to know what she wanted and why she was working in a company full of werewolves.
