It would learn real quick not to underestimate me. The N.O.V.A. pinged again. Orientation Countdown: 13 hours. Uniform ready. Portal transport at 8:30 AM sharp. I glanced at my black uniform hanging on the closet door. Midnight silk. Silver stitched collar. High waisted skirt with stockings. The outer robe was a deep, earthy brown—plain yet dignified—signifying that we were new initiates, still unranked in the academy's hierarchy. The material was thick but soft, perfect for the colder weather in the highlands.

I looked at the price of both unifores. 200 dollars for the dress, 100 dollars for the shirt and skirt. It was an easy decision on which to get. I grabbed 2 of each. That was 600 dollars. I did the math in my head. 2,000 - 600 = 1,400. I had 1,400 left. I figured I'd use 400 to get the everyday clothes. I picked out different dresses, shirts, tank tops, skirts, and pants. There was a lot of stuff with characters on the
