The moon was a brilliant beacon that lit up the sky, the centerpiece the stars flocked around. At the very center, where Day and Night met, stood two men. They were part of the four that escorted us contestants to the house. I had once labeled them as Day, Night, Sunrise, and Sunset. Apollo was clearly sunrise, and the two men standing at the center of the clearing, were Day and Night.

~STORM As I sit here under the soft glow of the moon, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. The moon goddess has truly blessed me in ways I never thought possible. I look around at my beautiful family, and my heart swells with joy. My twins, Selene and Kingdom, are the light of my life. Their laughter fills our home with warmth, and their love is a constant reassurance of how lucky I am.

She looks up, and it's true. It has been rusting ever since last spring if you believe the papers, but who would still believe them nowadays? They have been lying for a year now. Except, when it comes to the moon. With its brown spots, it looks marbled. As if someone had taken it off the sky by the start of the year in order to petrify it. Like what they’ve done with life.

"What is the dissimilarity between sunlight and moonlight?" The maid softly stroked the little girl's long white hair, with a genuine smile. "Those are the lights that illuminate the world, Mavellin. Golden sunshine is woven by the goddess of the Sun, which is bestowed upon the whole world in the morning. Moonlight is woven by the Moon goddess, and she will disseminate it after the Sun goddess retires for the night.” "But..." said the narrator, "We don't have those here..." Mavellin pouted and frowned in displeasure."Is it because I'm not good that the two goddesses don't bring the sun's strand and the moon's strand here...?"

And I will continue to cry out to the moon goddess, seeking guidance and understanding, hoping that one day, I will find solace and clarity amid this heartache. As I lay on the soft grass in the field near the pack house, basking in the warmth of the sun, I noticed a figure dart past me in a blur. Curiosity piqued, I quickly rose to my feet and called out to the mysterious passerby. "Hey, wait! Who was that?" I asked, my voice filled with both excitement and a hint of unease.

Kael’s Pov Eldric looked at me and I looked at him and we both already knew what the next thing was. "Luna," I said. "Yes," Eldric said. "The moon aspect is the natural complement to the sun aspect. Theoretically it can calm uncontrolled sun energy. But getting close to what he is producing right now risks burning Luna's own power significantly." "How significantly," I said.

“You’re acting like I’m going to explode.” Malen didn’t blink. “If the Sun’s fire reaches you before your control does, that may not be far from the truth.” Riley frowned. “Define explode.” Kael and I exchanged a look — the kind that said this conversation is about to get worse. “The Moon gives life,” Malen said. “The Sun burns it. You are not built to hold both powers forever.” Riley crossed her arms tighter. “Yeah, well, I’ve survived worse than cosmic indigestion.”

Niffa asks waiting for his ideology. “Long time ago, the sun and moon are shining together, but when the moon learned that the townspeople cannot see that much during the night and the stars are not enough to light. The moon decided to leave the sun and sacrifices itself to shine in the night accompanying the stars. And so, the town people can finally see their way during night time, that’s why the sun and moon are separated forever.” Niffa looks even sadder from the story. “The moon leaves the sun so easily, isn’t that hurtful?” she asks as she looks away.
