The Rejected Blood Moon

The Rejected Blood Moon

And when you close this final page, I hope you remember what Liora did beneath the Blood Moon: That even in your darkest night, You are both flame and shadow — And that balance is your beauty . With love and light, — Nkechi Ngozi Ekeh Author’s Note By Nkechi Ngozi Ekeh When I began writing The Rejected Blood Moon, I wanted to tell a story about love — not the kind that shines only when it’s easy, but the kind that burns through pain, loss, rejection, and still dares to rise again.

lol. I know Moonlight Muse does it, but I don't exactly have the numbers of readers that she has. 😉

I love this entire series. I might just read it all again! Your stories are always full of suspense and excitement. I wake up, make coffee and jump back in bed and read your update. I love it that you never leave us hanging and update nearly every day. I appreciate you so much! Thank you Naomi!

Moon Light Tale

Moon Light Tale

I also borrowed from Rain the lights she calls Christmas lights. While I was waiting for Zero, I first enjoyed the fresh air here on the rooftop, it was going to be night and I could see the setting sun on the rooftop. It is also a view from where I stand as Moonlight students exit a building to their dorms. The Moonlight is so wide and big. It used to be my only dream to get in here and finish school, and now. It has been fulfilled and will soon be fulfilled when i finish my studies.

He continued. "Why would you do that?" You asked again. "Because tonight's a full moon, it was either leave you out there to turn or bring you in here and be with you to make sure you're safe." Nate looked a little shy. "Oh, hum, thanks." You whispered. "Don't mention it, do you want to camp out here or go home?" Nate asked, he was fully prepared to camp out with you. "I'd like to stay here with you." You smile, moving closer to him.

Drake thought, hissing as he kicked Larry's leg. Meanwhile, Anne made her way down to the sea. The path was shrouded in darkness, the only light coming from the occasional flicker of a distant star. The moon was hidden behind thick clouds, casting an eerie, almost otherworldly pall over the landscape. The waves lapped gently at the shore, their rhythm the only sound breaking the heavy silence of the midnight hour.

Moonlight's Deception

Moonlight's Deception

“Ow! Stomp down on my heel one more time, and I’m seriously going to have to break your ankle.” “Maybe if you weren’t hogging the entire glow of the lamp up there, Miss Vanders, the rest of us could see where we were going.” Clara tried to stifle her laugh as she followed a bickering Maxwell and Holly across campus in the dark. It was almost eleven, and Blaire was pitch-black and silent, except for the hoot of an owl. An orange gibbous moon was low in the sky, cloaked by a veil of fog. Between the three of them, they’d only been able to come up with one gas lamp, so only Holly had a clear view of the path of the shady pocket redwoods. For the other two, the grounds—which had seemed so lush a

Moonlit Secrets

Moonlit Secrets

Chapter 204: Moonlit Meal The community courtyard at the heart of Moonrise was bathed in a luminous, pearlescent glow. The moon hung low and heavy in the sky, a perfect silver coin resting against the dark velvet of the night. It was a stark contrast to the brilliant, blazing heat of the bonfires that dotted the slate paved plaza. Tonight was not a festival marking a specific celestial event or the turning of a season. It was simply a celebration of survival. It was a celebration of the quiet, beautiful mundanity that had finally taken root in the valley.

The Moonlight Affair

The Moonlight Affair

I placed my bike against the stump of one of the trees, made my way down the lined rocks and to the bank of the river where I gently placed my canvas on the easel, and waited patiently for my subject of the night—The full moon. It’s presence was exhilarating. The perfect muse for my perfect piece, I’d been waiting weeks just for this, as the prospect of my piece being put in the new gallery upstate shone brighter. Madeline thinks I’m just a failure, that I wouldn’t find my big break, and I’m better off marrying the mayor’s stupid son Thomas Stein who badly wants to make me his for some reason.

The Moon's Dark Embrace

If anything, it as it were makes things more complicated… but indeed that pales in comparison to the euphoric love I feel for him in the repercussions of his confession. The pale light of the full moon rising from behind the clouds is what wakes me up from my light rest, and in spite of our environment, I can’t stand up to burrowing my confront assist into Atlas’ chest. By presently, the sky is twinkling with stars, and as much as I would like to remain twisted up in his arms until day break breaks, I know we require to move. In spite of everything that’s happened, there are questions that require answers, and indeed with him at my side, I can’t shake a new feeling of uneasiness as I press m
