I think about Jason and Camile from time to time, but it is only because I don’t want my own children to go through anything like that. As the months race by, I take the time to redecorate the nursery. As expected, our first pup is a boy, and it feels as if life is finally starting to move out of the darkness and into the light again. I’m not surprised by how much my life has changed since I got mated. I’m not surprised by how much I’ve changed. Not just physically. Eve’s POV The night looked as though it had been bleeding. From my window, I stared at the moon hanging low and swollen in the sky, the light from it had turned the forest into shades of crimson. This was what the wolves called the blood moon. I always wondered if it was only a legend but today I worry that it might just be an omen. “He’s near.”my wolf whispered in what sounded like she was afraid. “Who?” I whispered back, but she only growled.

Amira's Point Of View I Woke up at half past one in the morning because of the cold. It was so cold that I felt like I was lying on ice. I immediately covered myself with a blanket but I was still shivering from even though my whole body was wrapped in the blanket. "Mom? Are you okay?" I didn't notice that I woke up Nala. I immediately looked at her and smiled widely so that she wouldn't notice me shiver but I didn't win.

I was going to miss Zero, but she left so that she could help me. Later that night, I couldn't sleep as my mind wandered. I went outside in the cool night air, feeling the weight of the day finally catching up to me. I was bone-tired, but something about the moonlight drew me out of my bed and into the open air. I watched as the soft light illuminated everything around me, casting everything in a pale blue hue. It was peaceful, serene even. But my solitude was interrupted by a visitor.

The beauty had no limit. Because Mohini had slept for so long already, she couldn't fall back asleep. So, she quietly snuck out of bed and put on her flip-flops. Then, she pushed the sliding door open and walked out of the house. Standing in the rose garden, the cold moonlight emitted a milky white light. It gently spilled across the land, making the atmosphere appear mysterious and charming. Tonight, the moon was very enchanting. It looked like a curved knife underneath the pitch-black sky. The milky ray of light softly covered the entire land.
