Mort In Madagascar Novels & Stories

When he saw it, his legs gave out, and he collapsed to the floor. "No... no, that's impossible... Mary can't be dead..." He stammered, a tear slipping down his cheek. Watching him crumble, Mom's sneer deepened. "Ethan, do you know how Mary died? That day, when Denise and I both fell from the balcony, you thought it was just us who were hurt, didn't you?"

Instantly, blood gushed out, and the ocean turned red. Morticia felt intense pain. She was angry and desperate. 'Sh*t! I'm dead this time.' 'Rather than being killed by these sharks, I prefer to stay on the Ice Fire Island.' However, Morticia was taken aback by what happened next.

And they were the unlucky ones. They had been chased into the inner region, where one of their party members lost his life to a Desolate Monkey – a powerful Mythic Class Magical Beast with a myriad of abilities. It was a huge beast with the build of a monkey and a snake as its tail. The most disheartening thing about his death was the way he died. He died because two Desolate Monkeys were having a brawl. It just so happened that a tree that had been uprooted due to their battle was flung at their friend, and none of them saw it coming. He died instantly.

Elder Moseley smirked condescendingly. “Oh, I almost forgot. That dumb*ss Matthew keeps making stupid decisions. I heard from my men that his corpse was found in the forest. Hahaha, that idiot appeared to have died in less than two days after entering the forest. By my guess, he hasn’t even reached the ultimate god-level yet. How funny for him to die just like that!”

The other one looks me up and down, though, and even though we’re a good fifteen yards apart, his gaze feels like a physical touch. Heat rises in my cheeks, and I quickly turn away. “Curfew is at ten p.m. sharp.” Madame Aldine’s pale hand slides along the banister as we climb yet another flight of stairs. “Any student caught out of their dormitory past that time faces serious repercussions.” “What, like the guillotine?” I grin. “The Wishing Well is off-limits to all students, as it is crumbling and dangerous,” she says, ignoring my joke. “Stay away from the river as well. Even if you can swim, its currents are unpredictable and powerful.”

People have died and now, Colton just told me that one of the witches who came here from the forbidden forests is dead too. “LET ME GO!” Morgana yells and her body starts burning. Fire sparks from her skin and she screams in pain after a few seconds, falling to the ground. “Morgana?” I yell breathlessly as she falls to the ground. “It hurts!” She screams and she squirms in pain on the ground. The vampires and Warren are long gone by now. I try to touch Morgana but the heat coming from her body literally feels like hot flames. “I’ll get her inside.” I say taking off my jacket and wrapping it around Morgana’s small frame. I hold her in my arms bridal style and in seconds, I’m in her room.

It was easier to slide down back, but he got bruises while doing that. When Maddox got to the ground, he started running as fast as he could because he knew there's a possibility the larva catches up with him while running. Half an hour had passed, and he felt the ground shaking, he looked back and saw that the larva was out already and was overflowing, rushing towards him, destroying anything that was left. It was called the volcano of Doom because whenever it erupts, it destroys everything, that's why there's no living being there. Whoever is trapped, there is said to be doomed.

The ice crystals hit the beast in its chest, with blood spattering out of its wounds it quickly goes limp and dies. Exhausted from the fight, Mortas takes a moment to catch his breath. "Any longer and this could have turned out bad for us. Luckily it made a mistake by flying in too close." "Are you alright?" Elenor asks. "Looks like you pushed yourself a little too much." "I'm fine. Right now we need to focus on everyone else." Mortas looks around the camp to see that the goblins are nowhere to be seen. "We need to heal the injured and make sure the wolves are alright."

Logan suddenly asked. To answer his question, Carmen threw a newspaper on the floor for everyone to see. Tension rose in the room as everyone stared at the paper and back at MJ. The title and pictures said it all. ‘May Smith survives death after being found inside a pit at the Woltemade Cemetery in Cape Town.’ Logan’s features tensed and he looked up at MJ who seemed to be less fazed by the situation compared to everyone else in the room.

A thick book greeted me. Wait! This is the book Luna was reading before. I read the book's title. 'The Mystery of the Madag Forest' Madag Forest? Isn't this the forest that everyone fears? I opened the book and started reading it. It took me an hour to read until I finished it. According to the book, Madag Forest is the home of a wide variety of creatures that eat magic users and humans. And no one has ever come out of the forest alive once you enter.
