Mortal Kombat X Cassie Cage Novels & Stories

Cassie didn’t need anyone to tell her that she was looking at Sapphire. She had smooth ivory skin which was marked only by a few tattoos that were poking out of her outfit. She wore a large coat which could have been okay with the walls of Tech Town but was probably not the smartest outfit choice considering the weather outside. Her brown eyes were the same light shade as her hair and both hair and eyes looked absolutely wild. Her crimson nails appeared badly chipped and chewed. She crossed her arms under her bust and frowned at Cassie. “Where is he?!” She snarled.

A younger replica of the woman is standing beside her, sipping from her champagne before throwing a small smile my way. Denjiel slightly loosens his grip on me and steps forwards. "Madre, padre." Denjiel says to the smiling couple standing before us. "This is Kasey, my girlfriend." Denjiel looks at me and I instantly calm down as I see the love shining in his eyes. "Kasey, this is my mother, Fenna Castellano. My father Ricardo Castellano and my sister Carella."

I said. "Hmm…maybe. Wait, that’s it?! OMG! OMG! OMG! What if Cassie isn't really a member of the black kingdom and someone is just ordering her. Someone's controlling her!" Said Ate. I nodded and she applauded. "OMG Cia you're really good!" She said and hugged me tightly.

Don’t you dare! Unable to accept that there was any chance that Cyrus would die, I place my hands against his chest and began to push. As I do, I find myself begging the moon goddess herself to grant me a new ability that involves curing physical injuries instead of internal ones. But despite my pleas, nothing happens, and Cyrus’ body grows still. "Cyrus," I hiss, leaning down and placing my head against his chest. "Don’t you fucking dare die on me!" A new wave of fear and rage begins to rush through me as where my ear lays remains silent. Pulling away, I begin to attempt CPR.

He didn't want to go her wrong impression about him! Chantelle sat down on the bed, still processing what had just happened. It was a strange mix of emotions - embarrassment, gratitude, and relief. But the thing that stood out to her the most was the sense of safety and comfort she felt around Delcan. It was a feeling she hadn't experienced in a long time, and she savored it. She knew that she was on the path to healing, and Delcan was helping her every step of the way.

Why do I always have to deal with assholes like this? Cassandra’s eyes darted around, searching for something—anything—to use as a weapon. In the corner of the room, she spotted a heavy wooden plank. Without hesitation, she grabbed it and moved closer. Keep breathing steady. Don’t wake him up. She raised the wood high above her head… THUD! The plank smashed against the man’s head. He staggered before collapsing, unconscious. Cassandra exhaled sharply, her pulse still hammering. “Sorry, but I don’t have time to negotiate.”

“I’m not exactly a catch. I’m messy. I curse like a sailor. I don’t give a s—t about designer clothes or makeup. I excelled at science in high school and I just graduated from college with a degree in psychology.” “I’m sorry –which of those things are supposed to make you a bad catch? I suppose not everyone is into girls who curse like a sailor, but everything else you said… You are beautiful, smart, and easy to talk to. I can’t imagine ----” Suddenly, Cassie started screaming in pain. She slid to the floor, holding her heart with tears running down her eyes. “Oh, Goddess! Make it stop! Make it stop!!!!”

he quickly added. Janet moved closer to Kelsey and whispered into her hair. "Stay focus girl and teach this bitch a lesson." Both ladies put up a good fight and after playing for about ten minutes. Kelsey won. She jumped out of the chair in excitement and the guys pulled her into a group hug. Janet noticed the way Cassie kept biting her upper lip. She smirked and moved to congratulate her friend. "We thought Cassie was the best in mortal Kombat." "Well, a new champion has emerged."

Asher asked sniffing the air but couldn't sense any smell from him. Cassie walked out from behind Asher wearing black leather pants with some knives strapped on her thighs, looking all badass like always. She hadn't changed much even after these years, rather she looked even more youthful and beautiful. “Well, hate to break this little reunion, but we have an army of undying rogues at our backs. And if we don't run, even your badass powers won't be able to save us. And hey, what's up with your new looks? Is it me or have Knox really turned to a grandpa?” she asked gazing at the three.

White and Berry was put behind bars and Cassie survived the gunshot, she is also in jail, it's a pity, just Cathy lost her life. "Why do I look like a frog that swallows something really big, like an ape to be specific?" I watched as Cameron, stared at me, as his eyes moved from his laptop to my tummy down to my legs, I wasn't wearing anything, I was practically nude in front of him.
