You Belong To Me Book 2

You Belong To Me Book 2

“I hope you don’t be a crybaby anymore and take good care of yourself. My mother chuckled. “That should be my line, you were a crybaby in the past, I guess you are now strong and I hope you continue this way and be healthy.” I looked at Mrs Jane, anyone who sees her wouldn’t know she had had any reason to cry in the past, but now I heard my mother say that and Mrs Jane didn’t argue about it, that means It was true. What must have made Mrs Jane cry in the past? Was it Robin? Was it her husband? Now that reminds me, she was divorced, it could be… I shook my head not wanting my imaginations to run wild.

My Divorced Husband Is Never Coming Back

he added. “Thank you Sam, that means a lot coming from you,” I replied. Then I paused for a moment, my smile leaving my face as I said to him, “I also wanted to tell you that Clara and I are divorced.” “What?” He asked, his cheerful smile leaving his face, “Is this another one of Clara’s tantrums? Look,” he said, taking my hand in his, “whatever awful things she might have said to you, she didn't mean it. Just ignore whatever papers she may have asked you to sign.”

Rich Scumbag Husband? I'll Take the Divorce

Rich Scumbag Husband? I'll Take the Divorce

I continued nonchalantly, "We're divorced." "D-Divorced?" Melanie refused to believe me. She'd witnessed me love Justin for more than a whole decade, after all. She often felt angry and frustrated on my behalf because I was sacrificing so much of myself and behaving like a loyal lapdog without ever getting anything in return in the relationship. I didn't bother explaining further and chuckled lightly. "Are you free tonight? Let's go get some drinks. My treat." That night, we went to the glitziest and most extravagant bar in Cornton. The booths around us were all bubbling over with the most expensive Ace of Spades champagne.

His HeartBroken Wife

His HeartBroken Wife

“Am madly in love with you wifey and even if you don't love me, my love for you is enough and you know me, am very selfish for my things and you're one of them.“ He said and I felt his words prick me down in a bad way. “Am not an object you can keep and I just lost my baby so show some compassion,“ I sobbed a little feeling the empty pain resurfacing. “Then we can make more babies,“ He said with a smile on his face. I looked at him shocked before the door of my ward opened all of a sudden. It was Mr Cryus. “Dad? What are you doing here?“ Mason asked. “I want you to divorce this woman! She's of no use to us anymore!“ His tone was sharp and he looked very mad. I also heard Mason growl in anger

Hated By My Husband, Loved By His Boss (A short story)

Hated By My Husband, Loved By His Boss (A short story)

I cried into the phone. "Oh, honey, why are you crying? What’s wrong?" she asked. "I'm done, Mom." "You're done with what?" "Kelvin, he..." I choked on my words. "I'm getting a divorce tomorrow." I heard her gasp quietly. "You can't. Kelvin is still young, he can't—" "He's fourteen, Mom," I cut her off. "He's no longer a baby anymore. I've done the best I can and..." I was startled as my door burst open, and Kelvin barged in with a sinister smile.

ARRANGED MARRIAGE WITH MY BILLIONAIRE GARDENER

ARRANGED MARRIAGE WITH MY BILLIONAIRE GARDENER

I was feeling so exhausted. I was just tired of everything. I wasn't crying because of Ephraim but because he showed up and still had to indirectly remind me of what Tyler did to me. “Becky, can you calm down first? Stop crying, it hurts me too…” I interrupted him when I noticed he was trying to touch me , “Don't even think of laying your filthy hands on me! I'm sure you came here for a confirmation. Yes! Tyler and I are now divorced because he has another family and has just been using me for his selfish desires.

Goalie

Goalie

Ignoring my feelings and inclinations are part of what got me to this point. "I know we're divorced, but thinking about him being with someone else just brings it all up again. Who is he going out with? Will he have sex with her? And then, of course that makes me think about if he'll get married again. Will it be a gold-digging groupie and will she be terrible to my kids? Theo is too young to tell me if anything happens, and the thought of being away from them, him especially overnight, is just debilitating at this point. And I know none of it is rational, but the whole thing just makes me want to cry again." I take a deep breath, since I don't think I took one during that entire monologue,

The Devil's Chosen Luna: A Werewolf Romance

The Devil's Chosen Luna: A Werewolf Romance

I gave her a genuine low yet warm smile as I placed my hands on the handle of the cup retrieving it from her. "Thank you." I muttered in a voice that was lower than a whisper. "So let me guess, this is about your husband right?" She took a sip of her Iced coffee as her eyes remained fixated on me, it was almost like she was seeing through me. Like I was a transparent paper in front of a woman that I hadn't even know until the last 24 hours. "I just got divorced." I managed to say but choked between tears. The more I said it, the more the realization dawned on me. I was homeless, divorced with a baby that I had no means to take care of.

I like the book, it has some grammar issues but it’s still very good. But I still want more, what happened with his sister who was her abuser? What happened with maverick? Was is him tha bad guy behind his sister’s abuse? I didn’t like all the abuse that Amoli went through but it developed very good

Got hooked to the story with the few chapters I read. Second chances are given to only few and some times regrets and apologies are too late. Kindness is the virtue of humans. Glad I came across this story. I'm eager to see the story progress. Appreciate the Author Work.

Better Brother, Better Life

Better Brother, Better Life

"Never." That made something hot flare in Connor's chest. He tried to smother it, as he always did, but he failed this time. He grew furious, and he stared hard at her. "Didn't you say you loved me? How could you never have cried for me? You're not even upset now that we're divorcing. Is that your idea of love?" Other couples were waiting to get a divorce. Some of the women kept crying, their eyes red and swollen. None of them looked half as eager as Phoebe was!
