Death Wish : Dead Kiss

Death Wish : Dead Kiss

he said slowly, looking into her eyes and straightened up. Esen took a look at the bracelet on his hand and then took the letter. The envelope bore no stamp, and there was nothing else on it except for her name. She started to open it and read it carefully. It had no address or name. In blood-red ink, it read, "This is just the beginning. Catch me if you can." As soon as Esen finished reading it, she violently tore the letter up and threw it in the dustbin. This wasn't the first letter she had received from the same anonymous sender.

THE EX-WIFE HE COULDN’T DESTROY

THE EX-WIFE HE COULDN’T DESTROY

Elysia caught sight of something being slipped under her door. She stared at it suspiciously for a while, letting a couple of minutes pass before she went to pick it up. It was an envelope. She opened the envelope gently and pulled out a letter from inside. The letter had no return address, nothing she could trace it to, she moved her gaze downward to the five words written in neat, cold, handwriting. “You shouldn't be alone. Ever” She folded the paper gently. She didn't need to think hard about who it was, she already knew.

And that’s the only light providing for me to see Apollo clearly. His head is tilted towards me for minutes already but I couldn’t sense the tiredness and uncomfortable within his expression. “That day, it was the death anniversary of Venise. I received a letter from an unknown sender. It was brought by a white pigeon I did not know it existed,” he started. “White pigeon?” I asked confusely, my brows almost knitted. “White pigeons extincts a long time ago.” He nodded. “Hmm. It was kinda confusing and cryptic to be honest. Who would have sent me a letter through a white pigeon? That’s so old school. Why not a letter for the alpha where citizens of Northcrest use?

Alpha Prince's forgotten love

Alpha Prince's forgotten love

Tonight's entry focused on the alarming surge of monstrous man-eating plants that had encroached upon our northern borders. Earlier that day, during lunch, I discovered an anonymous letter resting on my desk in the office. Its presence was mysterious, and the inclusion of a brown feather inside hinted at its sender—one of my personal attendants, specifically the one who operated in the shadows. Reading through the detailed report enclosed within, outlining further investigations into the northern border, I felt a surge of urgency to delve deeper into the matter.

Contracted With My Alpha Twin Bosses

As he passed the front door, a small breeze ruffled a pile of unopened mail. “Is anybody there?” he asked but there was no response nor did he see anyone. Leo's curiosity got the better of him, and he picked up the stack, flipping through the envelopes. Amidst the bills and messages from pack members, one particular letter caught Leo's attention. It bore no return address, only the name "Layla" scrawled across it. Leo's brow furrowed with concern as he opened the letter, his eyes scanning the contents. The words on the page struck like a thunderbolt, and Leo's heart sank.

Chapter 1: The Invitation The letter arrived on a rainy Tuesday morning, its parchment slightly damp from the downpour outside. Katherine Monroe hesitated before tearing it open, her curiosity piqued by the elegant handwriting and ornate wax seal. "Dear Ms. Monroe," the letter began. "You are cordially invited to visit the mysterious city of Lysandra, a place shrouded in secrecy and intrigue. Enclosed you will find a ticket for the next train departing from Kingsford Station. We eagerly await your arrival."

There are too many inconsistencies in storyline. Fir example, Emily is to proven guilty at the same time proven innocent by Chloe and her team. Max is the culprit then Max is helping Emily. Lucas is Emily brother, then Lucas is prosecuting Emily. It's really difficult to follow the story.
Laura VanWeelden
It could be a good story, but it is translated very poorly. Many phrases make no sense at all, and it’s too difficult to try to understand what is meant. I hope the author considers using a better translator, in future.

Her Carnal Desires

Her Carnal Desires

Men. "So, anyway," Johnny began, clearly feeling the tension in the room as well, "We found a letter to Milo with a weird symbol on top, a single address, and no signature. We're not sure where it came from, but we figured you might know since it was addressed to the town you said you come from." Johnny slid the letter across the table to Alexander and me as I stared in a stupor at the symbol on the top of the page. When I read the date, my blood ran cold and I felt the world around me pause and turn into a winter hell.

The Alpha Heiress: Lycan's True Mate

Remember, time is running out. At the end of the letter, there is no signature. The only thing there is just a symbol that’s drawn at the bottom of the page: a red serpent curled around a crescent moon. I stare at the first four words of the letter for a long moment. My dearest dark sister.

SINFUL SALVATION

SINFUL SALVATION

I was sitting on the sofa, my feet propped up on a cushion, reading a book about baby development. The mail arrived. It was a simple, white envelope. No return address. Just my name—Mason Hartley—scrawled across the front in a jagged, unfamiliar handwriting. I frowned. Drake had told me that all mail was screened by his security team before it reached the penthouse. How had this slipped through? I opened it. A single piece of paper fell out. I unfolded it. And my blood turned to ice. The letter was short. Just a few lines, written in the same jagged, furious scrawl:
