The Other Woman
The woman who once looked at me with mischief and love now stared at me like I was a stranger.
Because I failed her.
I failed to protect her, to stand by her when she needed me the most.
And all because I had trusted the wrong person.
I spotted a slender figure standing near the dim glow of the streetlamp. Even from a distance, I could see the glint in her eyes, the way she stood-elegant, poised, calculated.
I took slow, deliberate steps toward her.
"Natasha," I whispered lifelessly.
The name tasted bitter on my tongue.
She turned, her expression soft, almost angelic. "Raghav, you came. I knew you would."
