thing in with his fries. Still, when the waitress came to clear our plates and collect the bill, Chris turned on the charm again. "You know any good places to camp out for the night? Particularly towards Fairfield?" She tipped her head toward the window. "Ten miles off I-5, down Route 16 south. Geyser Springs. Hikers love it. Pretty trails, clean water. Six hour drive from Fairfield. Can't miss it." "Thanks."

Alpha Enzo

Alpha Enzo

I focused on the feel of my paw pads springing against the wet dirt, on the distant rumble of thunder, and didn’t let myself imagine holding Scarlett close, my chin pressed to her hair, my hands twining in hers… My heart panged. I missed her so much. It didn’t take long to find the rogue camp. Roughly built out of fallen logs and held together with gnarled rope, the huts sat in a skewed circle in a small clearing. It was hidden well within the forest, set back a few acres from the edge we’d entered through, but it still seemed ballsy to me. Moose Creek – and I – were renowned for being the biggest, baddest wolves on the block. Scratch that – we were the biggest, baddest wolves in the whole d

Rain's Rebellion

Rain's Rebellion

Mist insisted, pulling her tongue out of Walt’s mouth and raising a hand in her direction. Rain dropped the light, knowing it wasn’t a good idea to have it on so bright, not only because it could attract the Mothers and the big game, but it could also bring bugs her direction, and there were some huge ones out here. She hadn’t realized that Mist had been putting up with that on their long march. All four of them moved back to the campsite, the two love birds having stopped to gather the logs they’d apparently dropped when they’d become fascinated with each other’s mouths.

The Fated Alpha Queen

The Fated Alpha Queen

We follow the road until we reach the signpost for the camp site. Taking out my packed map, we follow Arthur’s directions to the hidden valley beyond the campsite. It’s on a protected wildlife reserve, with signs posted everywhere that no trespassing is allowed, nobody to climb the barrier. Pity for the humans that they have no idea what they are in fact protecting. We quickly scale the barrier and hasten our pace, to make sure we will be out of sight. The valley is approximately four miles into the sanctuary, which gives us time to form our approach strategy.

True love's first kill

True love's first kill

Our pack lands sit in the shadows of Mount McLoughlin, near a place called fourmile lake by humans. We are about four hours from the town called Charleston, we have called it Charleston Bay since we where little kids. This is where our parents, and the rest of our pack, think we will be. However we only plan to stay one of the 23 nights we reserved at the camp sites at sunset bay state park. We have been making trips like this since Micheal, who is the oldest, turned 16 and learned to drive. We take back road to highway 140, take that into medford, then take the I-5 up to Roseburg, where we break for dinner. Then we stop at Sherm's Thunderbird to refill our cooler, I also grab some things fo

My Feisty Wife: Baby, You're So Sweet

My Feisty Wife: Baby, You're So Sweet

She knew that the situation must have been serious since Nick was already making his way there. "Mystic Lake" was a hot spring holiday project developed by D.S Corporations. That area was located in the mountain of the county under Texas. It was a relatively remote area, and because of the natural hot springs, it became the target of business development. D.S Corporations had targeted this area not long ago, and their constructions were still under the most basic development. The design blueprint that Savannah helped Tyler modify was part of the plan for this holiday resort. What could have happened over there? Was it related to the riot disputes caused by the workers? Was there something wr

LUNA'S REVENGE: Falling for the Alpha.

LUNA'S REVENGE: Falling for the Alpha.

I smirked at her. She cleared her throat and gave me a playful bow, “Yes, your emissary. This is your backyard and I shall respect your command of it.” I laughed at her wittiness as she brought herself back up. “Yes, you should.” I turned and pointed at the center tent that I whisked away from Resha’s grip and was now staying at, “You can head to that big tent at the center of the camp. That’s where I am staying.” “Aren’t you coming with me?” Valerie asked as she brushed past me, intentionally letting her shoulder bump into mine. I let my body follow her bump

Mystic Wolf

Mystic Wolf

We also visited Rogers pack and had a meeting with all the pack members, I introduced myself and explained my visions and thankfully no one doubted or was wary or suspicious of me and they all listened and worked hand in hand to prepare just in case things go South for the pack still, I even sent thirty of my own warriors to aide them and stay there until we give the okay for them to return to our pack, I packed the serum and brought them along with us, January has been a bundle of nerves since yesterday but I’m keeping close to her. I am hoping that no one at the retreat would know that I am a Mystic and create any unnecessary problems for us there or start a whole kidnapping plot because I

Chapter One starts with one giant, somewhat incoherent, run-on sentence. That tells you everything you need to know about the rest of the book. Maybe I'll come back and try to read it again if it gets some series editing, but it would be crazy to pay money for this.

I read this book before, or at least most of it. I know I read it before probably a year ago. but I was not able to complete it then, so now I'm finally getting to finish it! this book has quite a few different scenarios that happen to them. A lot of off the wall crazy stuff!

Shattered Vows

Shattered Vows

"You missed us." "I missed peace and quiet," I replied. Greg perked up. "Oh, then you're gonna love what we came here for." I didn't trust that tone. "Why do I feel like I'm not gonna love it?" "We're going camping," Greg said proudly. "Beach Creek. Just outside the town." "Camping?" I raised a skeptical brow. "You, me, nature, firewood, s'mores," Trevor listed off with the enthusiasm of someone who had never once actually set up a tent.

An Endless Kind of Love

An Endless Kind of Love

He saw the pot on the stove, so all he had to do was grab a mug and a teabag. “I’m guessing you went out in the rain since your phone doesn’t have reception up here,” Mia said. Dylan nearly dropped the mug in his haste to get it out of the cabinet. “I’m just glad I saw the lights of the house. I was about to turn around,” the woman replied. “Where am I, by the way?” “You’re at Mountain Hope Ranch in Silver Springs,” Mia replied. “We’re a camp for foster kids to come learn life skills and make great memories in the process.”
