I called Adriano until my hands shook. Viviana stalled the transfer. First there was no direct authorization. Then the amount was too large. Then Adriano was in a meeting and could not be disturbed over something that might not be serious. By the time the money came through, it was too late. The baby was gone. I had stayed with Adriano for two reasons: I loved him, and I believed that when it truly mattered, he would choose me. I was wrong about both. Our child died first. My marriage died with it.

My husband is a haute couture designer. When his true love goes blind in her right eye, he goes to his mother's ward and asks her for help in getting me to sign an organ donation agreement. What he doesn't know is that I'm already dead.

On my son, William Lewis' birthday, I secretly visit the learning center he studies at in hopes of giving him a surprise. But when I tell the teacher that I'm Will's father, the latter frowns in response. "You say you're Will's father?" I nod, feeling a little displeased. Although my wife, Amelia Garrett, is the one driving William to and from the learning center, there's absolutely no reason for the teacher to doubt me like this. But suddenly, the teacher smiles brightly at me and tells me he'll bring William with him soon. As I watch him walk through the door, I decide to not take this matter to heart. The next thing I know, the teacher reappears with two burly guys flanking him. "That's the one! He intends to kidnap children from my class!"

I'm about to give birth to my second child, but my husband wants to care for his true love. I snap, "Aren't you afraid of me dying in labor and taking the baby with me?" He says I'm being unreasonable. Then, he leaves without another look back. Later, the postpartum care center I'm at catches fire. My husband doesn't hear my cries for help. Instead, he carries his true love out of the fire. He subsequently loses his mind after learning of my death.

My parents have always been biased against me, even as a child. They leave me in the countryside while raising my brother themselves. When I'm finally brought to live with them, they neglect me because they don't want my brother to be upset. When my brother says that I'm rude and falsely accuses me of getting people to assault him, my parents believe him without a shadow of doubt. And so, I'm sent to a residential treatment center. Under my parents' tacit permission and my brother's persuasion, the teachers at the center "educate" me inhumanely. In the end, I learn my lesson, as everyone wishes. I die while learning it, too.

Growing up to become a rejected, is nothing anyone would pray or wish to encounter. Ember, who is caught up in the deep web of rejection and unplanned love, is left in the ocean of self destruction. Now, she'd have to think about the best way to be free and leave her life. In the middle of the island, the gigantic and luxurious castle of Alpha Dino Aloysius, is located. Sources say that it is the most expensive and sophisticated home facility in the entire world. Every facility in the home, is controlled by advanced technology and robots. The center of the castle looks like a another universe of its own because of the magnificent design that surrounded it. At the north west end of the castle, a large statue of a wolf can be seen. To every other person, it was just a wolf but to Alpha Dino, it was his representation of strength and power. Each of the rooms are sound proof and designed with a colored marble. The walls are discretely painted with black and red colour ink, and also the blood of some of the people that Alpha Dino has killed in past, especially the alphas from other packs. The staff that worked inside the castle, were more than a thousand. You must literally see a maiden at every end of castle, bending down their head. The reason was that it was prohibited to make eye contact with the Alpha.

This is a story set in a much advanced technology era where the machines and specifically robots have taken over the city.

With every end, there is a new beginning. These are the unaltered cycles that have raged on for century after century. Each century had its collection of civilizations. Each one more advanced than the last, and yet none have survived the test of the Earth. This might as be well the last cycle that Mankind will ever see!

Ten years into the future, people of Earth have become advanced in technology. However, tragedy strikes again, killing millions all over the world. With no vaccine or cure, scientists sought other methods. A well-known scientist, Dayo Johnson, creates the Personifid in Nigeria, providing a chance to live forever in an artificial body. Meanwhile, something much darker is at work. A failed experiment of an old project is on the loose, killing people. Perhaps the New World is not as perfect as it seems.
