****Lana's POV**** I stood there in the middle of it all, as the world spinned around me in circles. Mr Lance's short fingers pointing at me accusingly in the boardroom while he clutched his bandaged head with one hand. "This girl, she's a psycho, she broke my head with a vase and even slapped me!" I smirked, wishing I could have done more. Mr Lance caught the smirk and ran wild. "You see. You see that smirk? She did this on purpose, she's crazy!"

Xander is one of the strongest wolves I know, to see my best friend of many years looking so defeated his killing me. “Alright, boss, let’s bring our luna home.” I pat his shoulder, giving him the space to cry if he needs it. We stay like this a few minutes longer, neither breaking the peacefulness. Eventually, Xander raises his head, squares his shoulders, and sets his jaw, a new look of determination in his irises. It’s time to pummel the mother fucker who dared take her into oblivion.

Before Sandy could do anything further Arya grabbed Annie from his clutch and left the cabin. "Don't show up in front of me today or else I don't know in which method I would murder you" Sandy yelled before both left the cabin. He threw all the things here and there in anger. How dare she even think to raise her hand to slap him? But she didnt stop there. She did really slap him. Seriously? **** "No need to work here as a slave Kabir. I will talk to your dad" Niharika reached her limits when she saw Kabir carrying files here and there.

, Xander didn't want his mates to train either but he understood, he also didn't want his hormonal mates to be upset with him so he did’t say anything. They walked downstairs together and headed towards the training fields, only to see four warriors knocked out on the ground and a beautiful red head standing over them. “What the hell”, Xander ran to see what all the commotion was about, the other warriors were all starting to gather. “Who the fuck are you”, growled Xavier his eyes turning black. The girls realized that the red head beauty was Lunan and chuckled. They walked to their mates calming them down and quickly explained who she was. Lunan watched her cousins with amusement.

After hanging up, Gabriella stepped outside. That night, a light snow had begun to fall over Crimsonir. In the courtyard of the lodge, a bonfire crackled while the crew and the Starlight Media security team gathered around to roast whole lambs. Crimsonir's lamb was famous for being especially tender. Velma had ordered five from a nearby place. They arrived fully butchered and cleaned. Just as Gabriella came out, the roasted lamb was ready. It looked golden brown and mouthwateringly crisp.

“I’m dying to meet the girl that’s got your heart beating.” I rolled my eyes at him. “Funny.” “Well, it’s damn near close. You know it’s true.” “I never said it wasn’t,” I stated before sipping the blood. “Never said what wasn’t?” I turned to find Garret walking into the kitchen. “Hey, little brother.” Xander greeted. “Hey. What are the two of you talking about?” “Jarren being whipped and Leonard Daring.” Garret hissed. “What is Leonard up to now?”

James smiled calmly and said, “Do you think everyone is like you two brave fighters who kill for entertainment?” Jacopo and Xainte lowered their heads in embarrassment. James smiled and said, “Nando is a pacifist, and is very sensible.” The siblings were rendered speechless. James sighed. “Stand up.” Nando slowly raised his head, revealing his frightened expression. His face was covered in blood, and he looked incredibly worn out. Jacopo scoffed, “He asked you to stand.” Nando hurriedly got up and bowed to James. “You two are dismissed for now.” James waved his hand.

Lans chuckled moving the boy from off his shoulder and making a face at her. Oh, the boy was named Alexander. Then why did she look at me? Lans pushed the boy in her arms but her gaze didn't leave me. That sense of familiarity again. Have I seen her somewhere? Perhaps on TV since she was Luna. “Oh, my friend. He is a new friend of mine and I invited him over cause it was too late to travel back to his pack. His name is Xandy.” Lans patted my shoulder, pulling me closer to him but I stiffened my muscles. He needed to realise we weren't so close, not yet at least.

We apologize at the same time for the bump, and when I look up, I instantly recognize it. "Lord Lencaster?" I smile, watching him frown, trying to remember me. "Miss, Nihara?" he says, looking surprised. "Yes, I am myself." "What surprise, what are you doing here?" "Do I work here as creative director and production assistant, and you?" "Oh, yes, I came to my nephew" gestures towards Harrison’s office. "Who’s Harrison?" He nods. " What a crazy coincidence, I work directly with him." "Yeah, I never thought we’d meet here, let alone you were my nephew’s co-worker."

She climbed down from the bed slowly and walked close to Xander. "You did what!" She screamed and held his shirt. " You dare to me,you prick! And to worsen it, you changed my dress and my... you are so dead." Ariande couldn't think or say what else her boss had done. Xander didn't move, he only smiled. He could see her beauty in her anger. He was lost in those green eyes. And her anger made them sparkle. The fan blew her long black silky hair. Her lips were moving but he didn't hear anything, he only watched and thought of how tasty they would be. Ariande snapped her fingers at him when she noticed that he wasn't listening.
