"What are we going to talk about?" This guy....he was playing innocent! "It should be me who is suffering from amnesia not you." Lucas chuckled and shrugged. "Alright. I'm just teasing you. I am a man of my word." He then slowly took off his sunglasses. His supposed to be beautiful pair of grey eyes has now been tainted by a red dark glow. Lucas' right eye was the color of blood. There was no white on it. Just a pure bloody eye.

I wipe the tears from my eyes as I remember the person step out from the treeline heading into the bunker, their image burnt into my brain. “I know, my love, but you have to. We are so close and we will come out with our baby in our arms. I give you my word.” He kisses the top of my head. I close my eyes and feel his emotions, his heartache, rage, guilt. Mine mirror his. A noise coming from the other side of the lava pool startles me, causing us both to look ahead. I stand as I see orange eyes peer at us in the darkness. More eyes come into view. Vivid greens, blues, reds, yellow, and oranges. I watch as the owners of these eyes step forward and I gasp, covering my mouth at what we are seein

"Hey…" I heard his soothing voice as he gently took my hands, which were still covering my tear-streaked face. I remained hunched over, tears flowing silently. I waited for him to speak, my breath hitching with anticipation, as he continued to hold my hands. Slowly, I allowed myself to look at him through my blurry vision. His eyes, up close, held a tenderness that contrasted sharply with the turmoil in my heart. His eyes were unique, bearing no resemblance to Ares. They were deep and soulful, framed by thick eyebrows and long eyelashes that matched the intensity of his gaze.

*Alyssa* I gazed into the eyes of Selena, Her eyes, once a sparkling blue, were now glowing with a blazing red hue. It was a beautiful yet frightening sight, one that sent a shiver down my spine. "What Is it Alyssa? You need to feed them before they start crying louder." Rurac chuckled. I demanded, my voice dropping into that ragged, double-toned scrap of my sovereign authority as I forced myself to stand, my knees trembling but locking in place. The commander raised a gloved hand, slowly unlocking the clasps of his silver visor. As he pulled the metal away, my heart stopped. He didn't have the golden eyes of our pack, or the pale blue eyes of the northern outcasts. His eyes were entirely pitch-black, the sclera and pupils fused into a solid, liquid void—the exact same terrifying, bottomless black that Killian’s eyes became when his feral wolf took complete control.

"What do you need? What are you saying?" Her eyes flutter open, seemingly normal again. But when she turns to face me, I can see that her irises have turned from soft brown to scalding bright blue. The kind of blue that suggests power. Supernatural power. It's like time itself is in her gaze and now she's just looking at all of us like we're her subjects.

I place my hand on her back, trying to soothe her. "It hurts." She mumbles in between sobs. I move some of the hair from her face and can feel that she's running warmer than usual. She looks up at me, and her eyes are glowing purple. I take in a sharp breath, not expecting her to be showing any signs of her powers developing, but I give her a small, reassuring smile.

Ogali’. I pushed my glasses up my nose a bit then I sat down silently. ‘Psst!’, I heard from behind me. I didn’t turn of course. ‘Psst!’, I turned slightly and Beck Jameson was staring at me with his hazel eyes. I wasn’t scared of him like everyone else in school because minus the whole bad boy façade he is just a strangled little penguin to me.

The crowd was dense, but I pushed through and made a beeline for the stairs. I drew nearer and the individual glanced up and met my gaze briefly before averting his eyes. I kept back a bit, waiting for them to take the first step. Another buzz. I did not even need to check my phone to know who it was. "Close enough?" I smiled and shoved my hands into my jacket pockets and leaned in somewhat and spoke a bit softer. “You the one texting me?” He didn't say anything at first; he just sort of leaned in and displayed those incredible eyes, and I definitely saw the dark iris in his eye.

"They see perfectly well." He turns to me, his gaze intense, piercing. "They don't see that you have the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. A silvery gray, like a winter sky. They're full of things, you know. Sadness, yes, but also strength. A strength just waiting to blossom."
