I gulped down into nothing as I stared at the image which pop-up on my phone. I found myself licking my pink lips as my eyes landed on the sexy lady that was standing alone in the image. I clenched my fist tightly, and swiped the image away. Even though I've deleted the image, I couldn't stop seeing her in my head. She looks so hot and sexy but her beauty is not compared to Natalie's perfect body physique and great curves. I gritted my teeth angrily with a cold gaze on my face as I remembered how Natalie tried to trick me again and escape from the book. My eyes flared up in anger.

Natalie’s message reads. My face deepens in colour and I quickly go over to my profile which I haven’t updated in months. It is filled mostly with pictures of shelves, nature and random selfies that are all colour coordinated. At least someone noticed my efforts. Flattered, I reply, "Hey, thanks!” We exchange a few more messages, casual and lighthearted. Then, Natalie mentions books. “Have you read The Housemaid Series? I just started it and I can’t seem to get my mind off of it. The intensity is killing.”

"That is understood, Princess. Your brother will guide you, and the senior members of the council. You shall be tutored in every state, protocol and diplomacy. I breathed out gradually, with relief and anxiety. Training would be well, but the experience that danger might fall at any moment still caused my breast to contract. When the meeting was over Rowan took me back to the royal hall, and touched me in the small of the back with his hand, showing that he supported me. The rays of the sun penetrating through the stained-glass windows caught the gold embroidery on his robe and made him appear taller and more commanding than I had recalled. But look at you, most times, the media forgets there's a last grandson." Natasha provoked, her lips curling up into a mocking smile. "Natasha Knight, I'm going to kill you!" Elijah suddenly yelled and threw himself towards Natasha. But who was Natasha? She is the sister who had spent the better part of her life running away from her younger sister and planning the deaths of a lot of people. Beating up a kid who had no formal martial art training was a piece of cake to her.

Then, they charged toward Natalie. "You—" Natalie's body trembled when she saw that. She was shocked and furious. Then, she turned around and shouted, "Hurry, prepare to defend!" Natalie was furious. She had hoped that by demonstrating her honesty, she would be able to gain Lord Kenny's understanding and support. She had no idea that Lord Kenny was so ruthless that he would strike so quickly without giving her a chance to explain. Natalie did not want to battle against people from the New World, but she could not stand by and see her warriors perish tragically.

My fists clench at the sides, and my lips are already moving before my wolf presses me to defend our Mate, but Natalie speaks faster than I can intervene. “Natalie Anderson. I’m covering the Titans throughout their bid for the championship game. Pleasure to meet you.” Natalie is not looking at me. Her smile is gone. Her shoulders are stiff, and she’s… “Ooh, I didn’t know they let young journalists play in adult worlds these days,” says Victoria, cold and snarky. “Natalie’s one of the most recognized journalists in the media. Her work speaks for itself,” I cut in sharply.

my guard said and I nodded my head at him while staring at my computer. "Matteo, what the hell?" she asked and I looked at her and asked "what?" "the woman you introduced to me today, do you know who she is?" Cara asked and I shook my head. "she is Alexander's Knight wife, brother you got a weak spot on the enemy, " Cara said and reality crashed down on me, how? why when I found hope again it's about to get destroyed, but no, not again, Alexander Knight won't take someone else from me again, Natalie is mine and mine alone.

she said, trying to hide the fact that she had been crying. Jun knew she was lying. He could see the sadness in her eyes. "Hwa, you can talk to me. What's wrong?" he asked, hoping that she would open up to him. Hwa looked down at her hands and took a deep breath. "I did something bad, Jun. she let out dramatically enticing a laugh from me, I couldn’t help it the thought of Natalie living with me, and uncle Jesse was comical and most likely a nightmare for both me and Uncle Jesse. “So spill, help me forget the dreadful night and fill me in on how your first day of Highschool went?, did you meet the Regina George of Texas?” she asked with curious excitement, my mind was still caught up on her previous confessions but I shook them from my thoughts deciding I would question Ashton over it and let Natalie have the breather she was so obviously seeking.
