Jake said. “How are you going to fight the mud monsters? You can’t! I could barely get rid of one and I !” I exclaimed. “That’s why I’m putting my trust into you and Viktor to get info from Jade. I’m trusting Viktor to get the witches and bring them to the battlefield. I’m trusting you to stay hidden, to stay safe, so I don’t have to worry about you while fighting,” Jake said. I looked between my mates. “Okay. I’ll stay away from the fight,” I lied.

I quickly said. “Sorry Cinderella, these barrels are a little too heavy and I lost my balance,” said another voice. I then glanced up to the owner of the voice and it’s Jake, The tavern owner's son. He's carrying three large wine barrels, looking a bit embarrassed about what has happened, as two other barrels rolls down across the road. “It’s all fine young man, just be more careful next time,” Conrad said, sounding annoyed. Jake nodded, he smiled at me and then continued to walk towards the tavern.

“Get all that information about her, and I will decide which to break up with her with. She must have a dark past that she is running from. While Jake doesn't have any social media, his brothers wasted no time adding me to theirs and since I've got at least a few hours alone, I take the opportunity to go through each of theirs, looking for any pictures of Jake.
