New Moon Novelas e Histórias

"I found something new." I took a slow sip of my strawberry milkshake, already picturing the tight-lipped disapproval that would crease my mother’s face. "The murders happened within a few days of the full moon."I raised my brow. Again, the full moon. "Exactly, isn't it weird?" I shrugged in response. "Aren't you even a little curious?" he tried stealing my fries again. This time, I didn't try to stop him. "Why would I be?" "You could be next, based on your birthday," he joked but the words caused an uneasy feeling in my gut.

Walking up to my side, he kept a polite distance as 'engaged couples' would. He clearly heard my whisper but was trying to appear unconcerned. I turned slightly, smiling faintly, shyly and hopefully as the future queen would. "Just thinking about the prayer to the Moon Goddess in three days." That was the truth. New moons were the moment when the Moon Goddess' power would wane, and it would be most suited for a grand farewell and a quiet escape. Daniel chuckled in turn, turning away and looking up to the distant skies. "The Moon Goddess will protect you, Susan."

The rest of us shuffled closer as well, trying to remain inconspicuous. “I am Beta Elaine of Luna Eclipse. We have come to offer our greetings to the newly risen Goddess” she called out loudly, loud enough for all of the Weres gathered to hear. I guess Luna Eclipse aren’t so worried about staying hidden away from the world anymore. The young Were stilled, I could see the surprise on his face. But a look of recognition settled in his eyes. He knows about them, maybe he was told stories as a kid, but he definitely knows something.

The round and wondrously bright disc was hanging in the clear and starry night. Chords of moonlight gleamed across the sea of trees. It was that time of the month when the moon would appear more gloriously beautiful than ever. For werewolves, Full Moon was both exciting and frightening. It used to be a challenging moment for werewolves—half human, half wolf—to face a Full Moon, as it was the exact time when they would turn into their wolf counterpart. Now, hundreds of years after the Dark Ages, werewolves had mastered to control themselves. Full Moon became a celebration of life.

Margo says as we start to eat. “We should probably wait until after Tuesday. I think after Thursday would be best,” Beth tells her. “Oh right. New moon and all that.” They’ve lost me there. “New what? What’s going on? “New moon,” Beth replies. “It’s when the moon isn’t visible in the sky. It affects our condition. Makes us almost normal. We can’t smell, hear, or heal as fast. I’m not going to be pelted with paintballs being normal!”

"Don't remind me, yesterday was the first time I saw you in control. Your wolf didn't want to kill him" "Ivan is my childhood friend, I won't kill him. I was just mad" Skylar mumbled. Shailyn poked her arm. "Why are you rouse, pup?" "Do you know what a blue moon is?" She consulted, staring at Shailyn, watched as the fairy nodded. "A red moon represent the rise and fall of the Lycan Alpha King, a blue moon represent the rise of the King's Queen, Luna of all magical creatures" Skylar fluttered her eyes, frowning in complication. "I don't get it"

The best time is during a full moon when the spiritual energy is at its fullest. Each month has a special full moon with its properties. From the beginning of the year it starts with the wolf moon, snow moon, worm moon, pink moon, flower moon, strawberry moon, buck moon, sturgeon, moon, corn moon, harvest moon, hunter’s moon, frost moon, and cold moon. The wolf moon indicated the new year and the new cycle. Often of new beginnings. At this time wolves welcome this moon with their voices celebrating the coming of the new year and saying farewell to the forgotten, to the old, and their loses. With their howling they also welcome the new.

she corrected. Wesley was tense again behind me, his mind whirling as he thought about what she’d said. “Wait — wait, the new moon is tonight. Right now.” “Last night, actually,” Selene told him, grimacing in apology. “It is morning on Earth now.” “Goddess, damn it!” Wesley cursed, unwrapping his arms from me and pacing the temple floor. “Oh shit, sorry!” he exclaimed, slapping his hand over his mouth when he realized his mistake.

I draw my brows together into a V. "What accident?" "The one you had when you broke your bone." Says Jer, and everyone but Jer and me exchange glances. "Oh yeah, I am fine." Says he and fills his mouth with orange juice. _ "What movie are we going to see?", I ask after we have finished eating and me and Jer have helpedthe aunt wash the dishes "You say?" Says the uncle. "Anything supernatural? Says I. "Yes. We can watch the dawn." Says Seth. We all shake our heads. Seth is obsessed with Twilight these days and has made us watch it a million times. I do not hate it, but if you watch it over and over, it gets boring.

He raised his head at Matt at the alarming question raised. "That should be this full moon." Alpha Andrea finally answered even with Fiona's intent to intrude, I smirked behind my puffy face from the food I was trying hard to masticate. "Oh I see, that is perfect timing, the season of the Moon Goddess, blessing the Aloha and his Luna, we could have what such auspicious date, but we're so engrossed in each other that as a common Gemma and Omega we choose a normal day." Matt let out his hand scrolling through his phone and Alpha Andrea's eyes were red, and the redness I could see calming to purple anytime soon.
