I pushed my way right between Kai and Kol. Kai tried to grab my arm to stop me. "Medora, stay back. We will handle this." I slapped his hand away. I didn't say a word to him. I just kept walking. I walked past Kai. I walked past Kol. I stopped right next to Kenzo. Kenzo knelt in the snow, keeping Kaz anchored to the ground. He wore a dark tactical belt around his waist. A thick leather sheath rested against his hip. The black handle of a hunting knife poked out of the top.

Patricia addressed the man, shocking me even more. The stranger I had a one-night stand with was Alpha Enzo, and he was also my mate. But why was he so stoic? The men spread out and quickly surrounded Kaze and Collier. One of them, in a black uniform and a headband over his forehead, stepped up and said coldly, “Kaze Lee, I am Senji Kadota from the Refined Blade Clan. I heard you have taken Anzu Okita. You have one minute to hand her over and I will take her away, or else I will level Bronze Sparrow to the ground and make this place your grave!” Senji peered down at Kaze condescendingly as if he were looking at a dead man. He did not take Kaze seriously at all.

*Third POV* “See I will tell you everything about the basement and other stuff as we have a lot to talk about. First, why not he have our breakfast. I dont want it to end with the quarrel and you once again avoid eating” Takeshi smiles placing his hand upon Koishi’s only made him take his hand back the next second. “Okay” Koishi smiles as he avoids looking at Takeshi not noticing the sudden change of expression over his face. “Let's get started with it” Takeshi smiles looking down at his plate as Koishi first takes the cup of coffee recognizing his own cup which has his favourite anime character Gojo Saturo from Jujutsu Kaisen upon it.

Her bizarre action stumped everyone. "All of you can wait here. I'm just going to test something out." Naoko said while she quickly piloted away. She did not want to waste a second since she knew that spiritual energy must be leaking out from the ant's legs. Tadashi flew after her by reflex. Seeing Tadashi go, Aimi naturally flew after him. Isamu gritted his teeth in annoyance and flew after Aimi. He was beginning to not like Aimi's constant attention on Tadashi.

They all nod in understanding. I am doing my absolute best to not laugh right now. Emma is hilarious and boy does Alpha adore his Luna. Leo wraps his arms tighter around me. “You better believe I’m taking notes, love”, kissing my shoulder. His confession makes me giggle. I look over at Dana, who has yet to say or really do anything. She looks somewhat scared and isn’t really in contact with Zak much. She catches me staring, I smile widely back.

He gave me a smile and without a word he leant in to kiss my lips softly. Wow. "Indeed I am and you are my Luna. " he said. This could not be right surely. This guy was adamant that I was his mate and sure I felt the connection but it was happening so quickly. I tried to get up from the bed but he held his hand out stopping me. "You can't get up yet. You have had a nasty fall." He insisted. "I remember going into the forest and something was calling to me. I .. I don't remember what happened but my shoulder. It.. it... " I felt my shoulder and frowned as the memory of that stinging sensation as it flooded my mind.
