Why did I forget to turn off the alarm yesterday? I placed the phone back on the table. I let out a sigh and lied on the bed again to go to sleep. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep. I couldn't sleep. I sat up again and checked the time on the phone.

And to be honest, it is a great help. I guess I got enough strong reasons to help myself to recover faster from the trauma that I got because of that nightmare. Each session helped me get back my sleep routine to normal. I have slept well since then even though I am all alone inside my room but I still need to lighten up all my room for that. I think that is the only thing that I can’t just take back. Not yet. But whenever I have someone beside me since Miracle and Aasiyah are often asked to sleep beside me, I can sleep with the light off.
