Nightmare Moon Human Novels & Stories

Another shot hit the ceiling, sending down white debris. Moon landed on the human’s legs. The grunt of pain from him barely registered as he tore the weapon away. The male sucked in a sharp breath screamed as if he were a female. It was cut off when Moon threw all his rage behind his fist that plowed it into the pasty face that wasn’t hidden anymore. The human’s eyes rolled back, accompanied by the crunching sound of his jaw breaking from the blow. He didn’t move but he was alive as his chest rose and fell.

Ocean: Yeah, but still it looks different. I replied and he nodded his head. Suddenly, we both heard a loud roar. Moon pushed me behind his tall figure. His fangs grew bigger and his eyes glowed bright red. Exactly like the man in my nightmares. But he was different. Not like my Moon. My Moon was sweet and caring and very protective. Not an ass hole like the one I had seen in my nightmares for years.

A part of me wanted to tell him everything, but the other part was scared of him betraying me. “It's Ok, Athena you can trust me." He rubbed my hands to soothe me. “OK," I sighed. “Now tell me, what was a human doing at the Moon Stone Pack?” He asked, and I answered him with the first thing I think he needed to know. “I'm not a human." I declared. His eyes expanded. I blew out a breath as I continued. My name is Athena Moonville, and I'm the daughter of Alpha Axel and Luna Christina."

I knew that the night of the party would fall on a full moon, and I was confident that I will not wolf out in the middle of it and end up killing everyone. And I did great the whole night. The urges were there, but I contained myself. For the first time, I felt like an actual normal human. But of course, this illusion is short-lived, because not even hours after, Savina and many more from my past come back to haunt me and kill people in the process.

The study found that of the 91 violent, acute behavior incidents at the hospital between August 2008 and July 2009, 23 percent happened during a full moon. Werewolves can be seen as representing the duality of human beings as both animal and spiritual beings. The animal nature is generally repressed, controlled by the human rational mind and social norms, but may be released when the moon transforms, concomitantly transforming the person. This darker side of human nature is uncontrollably aggressive and without morality, is, unfortunately, a reality. The transformation that we hope for, however, comes with the light of a new "moon", the light of true love, which will reveal the true goodness

*Yes. That was it, just ‘yes’. I don't know if the simple answer should please me or concern me. Lupus’s wideset grey wolf walked over to us, growled and shook his head, and then awkwardly trotted off towards the farmhouse, with the remaining Tri-Moon warriors following. Tri-Moon have been hit hard. They have already lost many fighters, and we haven’t even breached the house yet. Lupus himself is covered in blood and slashes. Luna Eclipse have only lost two. But those two will hit them hard. We came to the edge of the tree line, before the area opens up into the large clearing that is the front of the property. The Tri-Moon and Luna Eclipse warriors spread out through the trees. Off to the l

Claws. Screams. Blood spluttering. Madness. Then a voice howled from the full moon. It was the Moon Goddess. "You've rejected your only chance at sanity."

Like game. The entire pack surrounds me, shoulder to shoulder in our werewolf forms. Not a single human form among us tonight. The Luna Goddess floats above us, her ethereal presence glowing faintly in the darkness. Her face, always so serene, is veiled in sorrow tonight. She feels our pain. I feel hers. I'm one of her Alphas.

"I know I will eventually, for now I just want to stay like this with him." "If that's what you want, Summer." I was left at the back of Sam's car. I looked up and saw the moon shining so brightly that it was our only source of light at the top of this road. I wished I could remain here longer because it was so calm and peaceful. "Summer!"
