The Bride He Killed

The Bride He Killed

I whispered and he chuckled darkly. “Who are you again?” “Hanie Carter. Wife to Ethan Carter. CEO of the Carter enterprise. My husband is so loving to let me take over his company.” I muttered dotingly as we walked out of the room and he nodded in satisfaction. “Don't slip up. Emotions would only break you down and make it easy for you to be trampled on.” He reminded me and I flashed him a smile. “Stephanie Stone died in the elevator that day. Along with all her emotions. Hanie is manipulative. Dangerous. Seductive. We're not the same.” I said, getting into the car and he leaned down, a cunning look on his face.

Mindreader in a Nightmare Game

Mindreader in a Nightmare Game

A jumper ghost was doing a handstand on the desk with its eyeballs stretched six feet out of their sockets. Every ghost here had scattered facial features. They were barely recognizable as anything that was once human. Severed limbs and mangled flesh lay everywhere, and the stench of blood filled the air. Cold sweat soaked through my clothes. I clamped a hand firmly over my mouth and refused to let out a whimper. "Stay calm. The worse it gets, the calmer you need to be," I muttered and reminded myself. I lifted my stiff legs and inched toward the corner, but my foot landed on something hard and round at the worst moment possible.

Valentine's Nightmare

Valentine's Nightmare

They fought every single day, and Samuel was sandwiched between them, tired and anxious. Their love quickly turned into vexation and annoyance. Still, he was merely reaping what he sowed for. Ah, all the beauty and vivacity and variety Melissa brought were defeated by the little things in life. The incessant attacks eventually bankrupted Samuel. He tried to seek me out, but Ronald had my back against the wall, confessing to me. He mustered up all his courage and took out a necklace. "I know you hate rings, so I got you this. I designed it myself, and I embedded the gemstone myself, too."

mated to my nightmare

I asked, squinting my eyes trying to get a glimpse of the stranger. “Oh please I know more than your name bunny, I know everything about you” he said taking two more steps. “So you are a stalker then, how long have you been stalking me?” I panicked as I took more steps back. “I’m not a stalker bunny, I’m your nightmare” the voice said and just like the wind he disappeared into the shadows like he was never there, my heart sank into my stomach as his last words echoed in my head. I’m your nightmare.

Night Wolves

"You will defeat all manner of supernatural creatures, including demons and the like. Perhaps even the devil himself. But I'm getting ahead of myself." Then she thought of something as she rose from her chair and took out the long, slender box of gemstones that she had taken out before. She rummaged through it for a bit and then lifted out a stone and closed the box. She held up the gem, blue with an opalescent sheen. It was a Moonstone—very beautiful and very expensive. "You will carry this stone for good luck. Many Lunas have carried it before you. This is not yours to keep; only to borrow." Daphne held it out to me.

Alpha's Unloved Luna

Alpha's Unloved Luna

Christopher Alpha Stone was a grade A-asshole. He knew the consequences of trying to mess with me, but he still tried everything he could to be able to punish Miracle. My warning was enough for him to shut up. He knew if I said something, I would do it no matter what.

Dear readers, I'm so sorry for not being able to update for so long. I've been going through a lot in my personal life and wasn't able to focus on writing. I'm working on the new chapters and I promise the updates will start in a week. Thank you so much for loving my book and being patient with me.

Miracle is an appropriate name for her. It is a miracle that she survived to her 18th birthday. What puzzles me is why her parents didn't stop her older sister from torturing her since she was 8. It will probably be better explained farther ahead. All this and more, hints for a puzzling story.

The Billionaire's Nightmare

The Billionaire's Nightmare

Gid, I knocked several times—-Ow," he said as he noticed the woman lying on the bed. "Nah, Uncle, I don't even know who she is, believe me," Gideon says, scratching his brow. Sam took a big breath, saying, "Never mind, go fix this and I'll come back to you later." and exited the room. Gideon nodded and looked at the woman. He walked into the bathroom and stared at himself in the mirror, wondering how long he could distract himself from a nightmare he would never forget for the rest of his life. He returned his attention to his body, the scratch on his chest that would never fade.

The entire room was bare of furniture, but that wasn’t what captured my attention. At the far end of the room, sat dais. On top of that dais was a shimmering stone the size of a watermelon. How in the hell would I carry that from Castle Mist? With my broken wrist and aching body, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to. The thing had to weigh at least a hundred pounds, and that was if I was lucky. The stone was a deep shade of black, flecked with flashes of white and silver. The white within the stone grew, melting into the black like the colors of the churning sea. It was my strange fascination with this stone, and the excitement of finding it, that helped me crawl to my feet. I cradled my shattered w

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.

The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

The Dragon's Stone

The Dragon's Stone

They accepted. Then centuries later, human greed took control. They gained our trust only to turn against us. Brehm McDonald Graham, the man I thought was my best friend, took the stone during an ambush. The humans allied with those cursed by the Night. The number of vampires, wolves, and manticore were no match for us. But the ambush was a distraction for Brehm to take the stone.

The Nightmare Begins

The Nightmare Begins

“For some, I guess I would. Sweetheart, this is not something I would want to bring you into, but I have no other choice.” “I get that. Always trying to protect me. However, this time I think I need to know so I can help you. Something is clearly bothering you.” She said as she looked into the golden pools of his eyes, and she almost forgot why he was there. She had to shake her head, and she knew she could not get distracted by his eyes and the wonders contained in them. “This is not something that is normal, either.” He stated as he looked at her. “A nightmare.”
