Jasper didn't take off his helmet and held tightly to my hand, which was still hugging him. Later, a large, cream-colored wolf suddenly jumped out in front of us, not to attack us but to protect us. I suddenly thought about what had happened in Santa Isabel. Ranzel, that wolf, if I'm not mistaken, is Damon's cousin. That wolf turned toward us and then looked at the black wolf in front of him. They growl at each other and then move quickly, attacking each other. Jasper immediately grabbed me and pulled me off the motorcycle. He hugged me, and then we ran away on the motorcycle. One of the black wolf's companions got in our way.

A solitary owl hoots and I sense the tremors within brush and hedge as small creatures seek shelter. The boy takes me by surprise and he shouldn't. IHe jumps out in front of me with a yell. It's the lanky boy with the floppy black hair and pimply face from the diner. The one who acts like the others' Alpha. I sense his humans step out of the shadows. It's like the saddest pack in the world. I decide to name him Alpha-boy.

the lights went off in the lab, it was the time when they had to switch to the backup power. Olivia opened the pod first, she turned to pick the tranquilizer on the chair. his eyes flicked open , they were white, like that of the woman chanting spells, Olivia did'nt see his eyes, cuz the lights were out, and only the red emergency light was on, when she was about to touch him, his eyes glowed red, his wolf eyes, then it went back to it's beautiful shade of Chestnut-brown.

“This old girl is Moya." “Moya," Skye repeated as he reached out to pat her gently on the head. Her ears flickered at the gesture and he wasn't sure if she liked it or not but she seemed like a good horse so far. “What about your companion?" “Shadow," Lejend replied reaching up to pat the owl still perched on his shoulder although it was nestling into his hair. The omega nodded before fixing his gaze on the road again. “Thank you," he said gratefully.
