Timber Alpha

Timber Alpha

They clearly have no interest in playing nice. I’ve had enough for the day when I grab a coffee and sit on a little bench that faces the main street here. It’s the middle of December and watching people go in and out of the shops here with bags in tow makes me miss home. All I want is to go back to Timber and enjoy Christmas with everyone. "Rhoda let you out early! Just in time to accept my… " Ragnar’s voice beamed with excitement as he rounded the corner of the bench and slid onto the opposite end from me, "wait. What's wrong, beautiful?"

Tear
Great read. Well written..had a few errors but that's to be expected. The main character had tantrums but she was not portrayed as annoying but more endearing, which I really liked. When they become annoying, it really turns me off the book. But all the characters' development was top notch. Bravo!!
Brianne Copenhaver
I need help! Lol, I want to go on with the second, but need to know if I should continue on what is there at the end of timber alpha, then the stand alone mated to Brianna? Will it be confusing if I do what follows the first book then the second?

Celeste: Mr. Weston's Replaced Bride

Celeste: Mr. Weston's Replaced Bride

* The Next Morning * Tossing and turning on the bed, Rhodes heaved a sigh in annoyance and sat on the bed. He rubbed his eyes gently and yawned, "I kept trying to sleep but I couldn't. That woman is dangerous for me, I just saw her and I was deprived of my sleep. Since I met her, my life has turned upside down. Anyway, what time is it?" Rhodes just walked out of his room when he saw her, quickly getting back to his room he murmured, "Why am I hiding now? It's not like I did something wrong with her."

Nights I sold to him

Nights I sold to him

She holds Rose carefully. “She’s perfect.” I nod, tears of happiness mixed with fear. Ryan talks quietly with Noah—leads, possibilities. Hope stays small. --- Evening. Dinner. Rose in her high chair, smashing food everywhere, laughing with her gums. We smile through tears, watching her. Perfect. Our family. Small. Beautiful. --- Night. In bed, Noah holds me. His hand rests on my scar, gentle. He talks softly about keeping us safe. A slow kiss. Deep.

LIGHT AFTER DARK

LIGHT AFTER DARK

But Lara did… and it hurt her more than what he did to her three years back. Since she was left alone by Christophe and Francine, she went off to explore after dinner, wandering through beautifully furnished and decorated reception rooms that were lifeless. Lara was delighted to come upon a library and, locating the English section, selected ‘Jane Eyre’, her favorite. She hadn’t read it for several years. But Charlotte Brontë failed her for the very first time. Lara found it impossible to concentrate. Standing up again, she cast the book aside and stepped through the curtains to open the French windows that featured in virtually every room. She walked along the terrace. As Lara passed by ope

MATED TO THE ALPHA I HATE

MATED TO THE ALPHA I HATE

I smirked and she ignored me. I opened my car door, she glared at me one more time "I hate you Jayden" she screamed and rushed out of the car into the darkness. I smiled and drove out of the vicinity. I'm accomplishing my Mission little by little just that I wouldn't force her to open her legs but she would come to me herself and I'll gladly open my arms wide to welcome her. *****RHODA'S POV**** I ran as fast as my legs could carry me tripping and almost falling. The night was far gone and darkness covered the entire street making it difficult for me to see where I was running to.

Night of shades

Night of shades

Girls that ended up in the woods with their bodies all ripped to pieces, nothing left but their heads. It was like something had peeled away in her brain, a tightly wrapped bandage that was coming undone. And underneath the bandage was something red and black and pulsing, a wound that had never healed but suppurated. But now that it was open again she didn’t know what to do. Those Mexicans couldn’t have killed Janey or the other girls. It had to be somebody else. “But those girls were always killed in November,” she said. “Remember, remember November.” No, that’s not how that rhyme goes. It’s “remember, remember the fifth of November,” and it’s nothing to do with America. It’s all about some

The Magical Word of Maddie. The Red Queen

The Magical Word of Maddie. The Red Queen

She tried to make contact with it, but it was as if there was a barrier. She couldn't get through. It amazed her, the warm energy told her it was not a spirit, in the sense of a lost soul. Cold was fear, but that energy was warm. She felt it tingle. It disappeared again. Maddie walked on to the library. Rodolf was among the piles of books, reading on his laptop. Raven stood high on a ladder, leafing through the books. He tried to read the titles of the books with his head to the side.

Bayou Whispers

Bayou Whispers

The room cooled quickly, and the remaining smells of the river just a dozen yards away and the diesel from the F-350 faded. “There’s a set of cots against the back wall,” called Roo. “Make yourself at home.” Fernández found two Army surplus cots separated by a milk crate with a lamp set on it. A paperback book lay open, spine up, on the makeshift nightstand. Fernández made himself comfortable on the cot and picked up the book. “Holy shit, man. You read romance novels?” “Mind your business, midget,” groused Roo, as he walked over carrying a large case. “Remember, you’re only a guest here.”

The Billionaire's Surrogate's Secret

The Billionaire's Surrogate's Secret

Vanessa's POV I could not believe what was going on right now. Rodri was right inside my room so late at night, with his shirt unbuttoned flaunting his broad, ripped chest, eight-pack and tattoo. And he was heading straight to my bed, claiming it was his. What was he doing all the way in the east wing, crashing things and cursing? Was he drunk? “This is my room, Mr. Darnell.” I said, following him closely.
