As they wandered the store, Aurora walked over to the wall of masks and found one that oddly resembled his wolf. She grabbed the mask and found Arden around the corner who was looking at knight costumes. Aurora held up the mask towards Arden who laughed. "I believe it is fitting," Aurora said as she handed the mask to him. Arden looked at it and held it up to his face.

His world had shrunk to the four walls of her domain and the sound of her voice. The night of the masquerade arrived. Julianna handed him his costume: a tailored black tuxedo. It felt alien against his skin, a costume in every sense. She herself was a vision of terrifying beauty. She wore a gown of deep crimson, the colour of fresh blood, and a silver mask that covered the upper half of her face, shaped like the elegant, spreading wings of a raven. She didn’t need a mask to be intimidating, but it made her look like a goddess of vengeance.

A lot can change in a few years and even a few months, and I am no longer that spoiled princess. Caterina chose an off-the-shoulder Grecian crimson evening dress to represent the BloodCrest pack as Luna. Lilith is in a sleek black and red dress, which accentuates sexiness. Nova in a baby blue, one-shoulder evening gown which shows off her teeny tiny bump and me in a champagne evening gown with a princess neckline. Luckily for us, they were the last gowns in stock, and we also found matching shoes and accessories.

I was on my way to Party City to pick up my costume for a Halloween Party. I was going as Black Widow. We chose to do an Avengers theme between us. Erica was going as Ant-man’s girl, Hope the wasp. Jaylen was going as Black Panther, Jason as Captain America, Zach as Thor, and Delilah was going as Captain Marvel.

These two are such a hoot. The party is fun, but instead of Aphrodite and Orion, Mikhail and I are dressed as Ares and Persephone. As always, he’s wearing black. A black shirt, tank top, leather jeans, and boots. I’m wearing a white off-the-shoulder goddess gown with high heel sandals. Azazel is, indeed, Apollo. His golden costume is striking on him. But of course, Azazel would go all out and dress the part like he was born into it.

Hopefully, it will be enough to keep me hidden.
