Nightwing Rainwing Hybrid Novels & Stories

No, he realized, she was the source of the rain, the heat of her flight warming water molecules in the air and causing the cloudless shower. He was torn between gaining height – which would take him beyond the sight of the humans below and bring him closer to his mate – and his duty to the Emissary below. He could just determine the path of the hybrids through the streets by their sudden re-appearance as they stopped on street corners, and the occasional reaction amongst pedestrians that they brushed past.

She rushed to her aunty who dragged her outside the bar to the woods saying, ”Tell me you did not tell those nightwalkers that you are a hybrid? “No, just told them I am an omega and wants to join their pack, I could use their pack in disguise to carry out the mission we have been planning.” “How?” “The traitor's son's birthday is coming up and I heard he does not have a mate, I could bring them down since he will get weaker without a mate.” “Adriana, you need to stop rushing yourself up with this, you have not shifted yet, how can you execute this plan?” “But, arhh.” She groaned in pain falling.

Through my blurred vision, I catch his wolf looking right at me. If I didn't know better, I would think he feels my pain. But this is the sadist alpha. He has no feelings whatsoever. The pain becomes unbearable, and with my beasts being weak, I don't know how much longer my human body can take it. Everything about hybrids is intense, not only the positive essences but also when it comes to pain and emotions. We get everything in double the normal wolf or a vampire gets. I feel myself slipping away. I tiredly lean on the branch and the last thing I see is the glowing yellow eyes staring at me. Sadly.

"She would not tell me." "Interesting." Obsidian stood, beginning to pace around the clearing. "Marina Nightwater. Hybrid of Silvermoon and Shadowpaw blood. Beautiful, talented, and never quite accepted by either pack. She lives on the edges of Silvermoon territory, isolated and alone." He glanced at Ragnar. "Except for you. You were her anchor, her connection to the Shadowpaw part of herself. Breaking that bond would leave her completely untethered."

Every instinct I had exploded. Now. Let me out. LET ME PROTECT HER. I didn’t hesitate. The shift ripped through me—bones breaking, skin splitting, fire racing through my veins—and when the pain cleared… I was Zee. The Midnight Wolf. Tall as a horse, faster than light, born of shadows and wrath. I lunged for the rogue, crashing into it with every ounce of rage I had. We rolled across the tile, claws scraping linoleum. Its teeth snapped for my throat. I slammed its head into the floor and tore into its shoulder with a snarl that echoed through the school.

"Pain is a powerful catalyst for evolution, Alpha. Look at her. The wings, the silver-mercury stabilization... she is beautiful. She is the first successful 'Void-Hybrid' asset in the Sovereignty's history." "I am not an asset!" I roared. I didn't wait for a command. I lunged, my silver-tinted wings snapping open with a sound like a whip-crack. I aimed for his throat, my daggers appearing in my hands, glowing with the lethal weight of the Atlantic Trench. The Lead Judge moved faster than I could track.

It hums, whispering secrets only I can hear. My gaze shifts to the book resting atop the altar, its leather cover worn from centuries of use. Bound in the flesh of those who dared defy my ancestors, its pages hold the key to everything I desire. Flipping it open, I find the passage I seek—the Ancient Transfer Ritual. "The power of the hybrid will be mine." The words taste like victory on my tongue. I skim through the ritual, reading every detail with unwavering focus. The process is simple—drain her, consume her essence, and take what should have been mine all along. But there’s a problem.

This is Rain in his true form, the dragon beneath the man's skin. As if confirming my thoughts, the dragon's form begins to shift. The change is partial rather than complete—scales receding from some areas while remaining in others, the massive body shrinking and reforming until Rain kneels before me. His face is human again, but scales still cover portions of his chest and arms, and one wing remains extended behind him, a canopy of midnight black with blue undertones. "Dawn," he says, my name emerging as a growl through teeth still partially elongated. Those pale green eyes, so familiar now, scan me for injuries. "Are you hurt?"

The boy screamed as he began falling through developing gap toward water flowing forty feet below. Without hesitation transcending tactical evaluation, the Shadow Knight moved with transformed capability beyond physical limitation. His midnight substance extended across intervening distance without requiring conventional traversal, cosmic awareness perceiving precise intervention necessary for civilian protection beyond operational objective. Constellation patterns shifted within extended essence as forgotten souls contributed collective determination regarding innocent preservation beyond military engagement.

She pushed the plate out the door, then made her way back over to her bed, where she picked up the book again. Catori skipped random pages until she saw the words, Desolation. (The land of BorrowsHood, later called Desolation, was where Nightwing settled, becoming the only dragon of his kind to have no family or battalion. Thriving off the land, sea and his brute strength, and living in a cave. Until over twenty dragons joined him, once again making him their king. They build the small area together, and expanding the land where they could. The males hunt, while the females of the small clan would take care of their children. Along with the baby, Nightwing tried to hide, and refuse to say wh
