His eyes dance with amusement as he leans into a hip and shoves his hand into his pants, the other one pulling a cart behind him. He has his ridiculous glasses on today, and they provoke the little flutters in my stomach. “He was just attracted to my bubbles.” “Your bubbles?! What the hell does that even mean?” He pulls a bubble wand from his pocket and flashes it in my face, grinning. “Something fun and relaxing I found. You should try it.”

Seeing that her eyes had trailed off to there, Taeyang picked up the packet and took out a transparent cup. “Strawberry bubble tea for you. Aera said this is your favorite,” he voiced out, and upon noticing how her eyes had brightened up at the sight, he knew that he had been right on this. Jiyeon nodded her head. “It is indeed. Thank you.” Following that, he took out another packaging and voiced out, “Blueberry muffins along with it.” “You are really the best,” Jiyeon said prior to opening up the box. The scent of the blueberry muffins caused her to feel hungry, and she stared at Taeyang with pure appreciation in her eyes.

Corinne snorted and said, "I don't want water. I want bubble tea!" Jeremy nodded dutifully and looked at Francine. "Go buy her some bubble tea. Quarter sugar and quarter ice. Be back as soon as you can!" Francine's mind went blank for a moment, but she soon realized that Jeremy and Corinne were about to reconcile. She immediately grinned and said, "On it! I won't be long! One bubble tea coming right up!" She turned and ran off.

(Serena's POV) I sipped the bubble tea in front of me as I gazed out the expansive window from the Sweetgreen shop. I'm on the second floor of the King of Prussia Mall. The ambiance was relaxed and extravagant which settles my mood in balance. Thankfully, the shop has lesser people wandering around than the usual day.

He just found a seat and sat. Lena exhaled and followed him. "Do you want something to drink?" "I already ordered a bubble tea from next door. It'll be here soon," Aaron said, totally casual. Lena froze for half a second. Wait, what? Since when did Aaron, of all people, drink bubble tea? She hadn't even seen him order it. The more she thought about it, the weirder it got. Aaron used to ban her from touching bubble tea or soda. He wouldn't even go near casual snacks himself.

"I only want her to make them. Every single cup. I can wait." So he really was here to mess with her. Marisol was furious but helpless. Liam was already seeing dollar signs and wouldn't hear any arguments—he told her to handle the entire order herself. By the time she finished making over 600 cups of bubble tea, she was completely numb. Her hands were cramping and shaking uncontrollably. The drinks covered every surface in the shop, but Zayne didn't take them. Instead, he asked Liam for a cardboard and a marker, then wrote in big letters.

Through the wide front window, I could see the familiar rows of tables, the neat shelves of toppings, and the steady rhythm of customers coming and going. Which one do you like?" asked Lina. "No, I—" "Just take it and drink!" Lina insisted, handing him the strawberry slush. "This one's cold. It'll keep you cool!"
