Nora Vampire Diaries Novels & Stories

"What are you doing out of bed so quickly?" Nora rolled her eyes, a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "Chester, I am a werewolf. We heal quickly, remember? All those broken bones have mended." Despite the relief of seeing her alive and well, a surge of frustration swelled within me. I saw that she still looked pale, a sign of the amount of blood she had lost from her fall. She slowly blinked, staring up at me with her hands folded. "Why are you here?" I snapped. "You need to rest, Nora. You shouldn't be up and about so soon."

I smiled in relief. Nora excused herself to give us a private moment together. Tara held my hand excitedly as soon as the elderly lady left the room. I looked at her confusedly. I don't understand what’s causing her this much happiness. She’s almost vibrating. It was almost as if she wasn't at the brink of dying an hour ago. “I heard that the werewolf prince is your mate!” she squealed, shaking me like a teenager. I blinked my eyes innocently. “Oh… that?” I muttered.

I said innocently while trying to chew and I honestly have no idea how that worked. Cassie and Sophia burst out laughing their asses out. Cassie and Sophia are my best friend. Cassie was a white wolf, she was the eldest of the three of us, the fastest and my elder brothers mate, who happens to be the Alpha of Inara pack, which is my pack. Cassie is one of my mom's book class member's daughter, hence how we met and how she ended up being my brother's mate.

she replied, glancing at Theo with concern. Before they could react, a figure leaped out from the shadows. It was a vampire. He lunged at Theo, knocking him down and sinking his teeth into his leg. Theo cried out in pain, trying to fight off the attacker. Sarah acted swiftly, leaping at them and trying to slash at the vampire whose reflexes were faster than she could keep up with.

Melia burst out laughing. "You're sweet, really," she said, still laughing. "I can see why I didn't bite your collarbone." "You're, oh my God," he shouted out of nowhere, standing up and backing away. Melia stood up straight again and faced him. "What am I?" "You are... unbelievable!" he exclaimed, and it seemed that everything he had been feeling just a few minutes ago faded away to a feeling of awe. "Biting, 38-degree food, hell, aura," he said to himself, connecting the dots. "Yes, Orleans, I am a vampire."

Nico just scoffed, "Believe me, Xander, I'm pretty sure you can lie out of this one, plus Layla may be a Bronwyn but she's not a genius." My brows furrowed as he said that. She must be the Lord's daughter. I didn't even know he had a daughter. "I heard my name!" An unfamiliar voice sang out. All three of us turned our heads to the left to see who said it. A blonde vampire strut towards us, smiling as we all looked at her. Xander quickly sat up straighter as she approached. I leaned back against Nico out of nervousness, but couldn't help but look over her features.

I stopped in front of her and said hesitantly: “Maya… I’m sorry for what happened earlier. I know I behaved badly.” But she looked at me with even more fear and said in a low voice: “This happens a lot.” I froze in my place the same sentence again. I said anxiously: “What do you mean? Why does everyone say that?” She tried to avoid it at first and turned her face away, but I held her arm slightly and said pleadingly: “Please, Maya, tell me.” She finally sighed and said: “Alright, Iris… you belong to the vampire clan. It’s one of the strongest clans here, so it’s easy for you to make those weaker than you your prey.”

"Anyone who associates with you is not innocent. But I'm talking about the human girl you abducted two days ago from a nightclub." Confusion ran through me at Francis' words. I leaned forward as the grip on the phone tightened. "I never did anything of the sort." Sol denied it immediately. Francis pulled out a phone to show Sol something, but I couldn't see what it was. "Is that so? Reports say that a woman named Kaya Taylor, aged 25, was seen at your place of residence recently. You are in violation of taking a human into the residency of a well-known pureblooded vampire without the permission of the VHO." (Note: Vampire Hunter Organization=VHO)

Now she was hurt, now her entire life has changed and not for the better, now she was asleep with the uncertainty that she will even ever wake up. “Not necessarily. The moon goddess as you call her provided an alpha with a female to carry his child, a human like Nina, and an alpha can turn a human with one single bite. Maybe it was her intent for the alpha to mark the human and trigger a shift before she was to breed with the shifter” Father pieced the little information Billy provided us with and conjoined it with the years of research he had piled into that brain of his. “Kind of like Nina and Mav” Levi nodded his head in understanding of father’s new revelation.

Karl and Stephen took their arms away from her, breathed a sigh of relief as they got up from where they were, helping her up too. "Ah, I know this face," said the girl, not hiding the irritation on her face. "Nora Lavender. Just call me Nora. And for your information, I'm much older than your boyfriend, Veronica Darren." Her eyes blinked at Nora's answer, not expecting that behind Nora's cute appearance there was a curt reply from that woman. "Sorry," she said, looking down wearily. “I didn't mean…” Another woman's voice cleared her throat as she stepped closer to them. The hands of the dark-skinned woman with a sexy elegant appearance crossed her arms with her eyebrows rising on one side.
