The man squints his eyes at the two of us. "Liam is a friend of mine," I reply. I think that is self explanatory. "Oh, okay," she says while nodding her head. "Matt, meet Dracula, Clara's mate. Damien meet Matt my mate," she introduces us with a beaming grin on her face.

She's the chosen one so she'd naturally feel attached to our species without even knowing. "Uhm, do you want me to set up a bed for you?" She asked me. "I wouldn't be sleeping." "So you're just going to sit there and watch me sleep?" "Basically. Or I could lay on the bed with you if you'd like." I shot her a smirk knowing full well what effect it had on her. Vampires could sense pretty well human emotions. She took a dazed glance at my lips then refocused back on my eyes. "N-no there would be more than fine." With that, she hopped on her bed and grabbed her laptop making me frown while watching her silently.

I said concerned, but instead of her to talk, her tears kept coming. "He betrayed me?" she finally talks. "Who?" I asked, confused. "Albert" she said. "Your brother?" I asked. "He's not my brother" she said. "He's not your brother, then who is he? what happened between you two and does he betray you?" I asked, she couldn't control her tears. Are vampires as emotional as we human too?, I don't know Tiara could ever shed a tear. "He's my mate" she began, I made her sit on a couch and I sat opposite her, to hear what happened.

Nico just scoffed, "Believe me, Xander, I'm pretty sure you can lie out of this one, plus Layla may be a Bronwyn but she's not a genius." My brows furrowed as he said that. She must be the Lord's daughter. I didn't even know he had a daughter. "I heard my name!" An unfamiliar voice sang out. All three of us turned our heads to the left to see who said it. A blonde vampire strut towards us, smiling as we all looked at her. Xander quickly sat up straighter as she approached. I leaned back against Nico out of nervousness, but couldn't help but look over her features.
