HIRED BY MY EX'S BILLIONAIRE UNCLE

HIRED BY MY EX'S BILLIONAIRE UNCLE

It was amusing how surprised she seemed. In the end, I gently pulled her towards the new product of SlumberLux. "Here it is," I said, presenting her with the new set of couches and mattresses to be launched next month. The couches and mattresses looked amazing, resembling fluffy clouds floating effortlessly in the sky. Made with the softest, most luxurious materials, the couches were large and plush, with billowing cushions. Their pristine white fabric glistened under the soft light, giving a sense of purity and serenity.

The Billionaire Who Thought I Was Blind

The cushions gave in the familiar way of a cheap rental trying very hard. I looked around. A blanket Mila had left draped over the armrest. A mug with a cartoon squid and the words “emotional support cephalopod” on the coffee table—Dante’s idea of a gift. A plant that was somehow still alive, which meant someone (not Niko) had been watering it. “Feels like a dorm shared by a hacker cell and a medical drama,” I said. He sat on the other end of the couch, turned to face me, elbow hooked over the back.

The Witch Luna

The Witch Luna

Two comfortable-looking guest chairs sat in front of the table. On the far right of the office, there is a long couch that can accommodate three people and two single-seaters on either side, with a glass center table adorned by a peace lily in a white vase. The room is dimly lit. The glass window behind the couch is partially covered by a three-layer curtain with a clip that holds them together, bearing an emblem. It must be the official logo of the pack.

Gay Billionaire's Contracted Wife

Gay Billionaire's Contracted Wife

It was unbelievable that someone would give him something as minor as a couch. "Where is the gift?" "Outside sir" "Bring it in," he ordered. Although it was minor, he still felt curious about who would deliver something like a couch anonymously. He wanted to see how special this couch was. His men brought the couch to the sitting room. With the way they struggled, it was obvious the couch was two times larger than any regular couch. They set it down and Martin immediately closed his nose. The couch stunk so badly. He was about to shout at his guards for not being sensible enough to leave the couch outside, but he saw a little note attached to the couch and he kept shut.

Love Made In Summer

Love Made In Summer

The door opened with a swipe of the card. Perfect for a maximum of five people and there was a diffuser in the middle of the coffee table. Behind the couches that faced each other, a shelf with a few books was placed. Brye entered after closing the door, immediately slumping down the couch with a sigh. “Do you want some coffee?” he muttered while opening the book and looking up at me. I looked at him before sitting down in front of him. I shook my head before sitting down at the other end of the couch he was sitting on.

One Luna, Four Alphas

The floor was made of shiny, polished hardwood, and there was a soft, plush rug in the center of the room. In the corner of the room stood a tall, wooden bookshelf, filled with books of all genres. The books looked old, but well-kept, and they gave off a distinct smell of aged paper. I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and admiration as I looked at the collection. There was a large, comfortable-looking couch against one of the walls, adorned with a plethora of soft cushions and blankets. In front of the couch was a wooden coffee table, on which Marcus had placed a tray with two glasses and a decanter of amber liquid.

I’m sorry. I gave up on this book. It was all over the place. Names mixed up. Events changed from what we previously read in a prior chapter. There is an entire chapter completely unrelated to anything about this book. It doesn’t flow. It doesn’t seem to go anywhere. Refund would be nice…

The billionaire who stole my heart

The billionaire who stole my heart

“But I would love to let you know that the couch is cursed.” I paused in confusion. “Cursed as in how?” “Yeah,” he began, supporting his weight by casually leaning like a log of wood against the doorframe. “Everyone who dares sleep comfortably on it ends up magically confessing things at 2 a.m. and then, sweetly making out with their former lover late in the night and early hours of the morning in front of the fire.” I bet he was making the story up to suit the occasion. “How oddly specific could that be.”

SOUGHT-AFTER PEACE

SOUGHT-AFTER PEACE

Bode stepped forward, falling searingly on the single couch in sight. The room which was both the living room as well as the bedroom was quite large with kegs of different color neatly arranged behind the door and a cup placed downwards on a medium-sized drum and a rug roughly placed - a weary bed stationed at the end of the room. Two plastic chairs were beside a forlorn table with tins of milk scattered on it, a large sack leaning against its legs with bowls containing different spices laying beside it. Two traveling bags peeped behind the raised curtain as sunrays peered through the windowbinds. Bode stretched his bare legs across the rug, glaring hard at the standing lady.

His arm snakes around my waist as he opens his door and leads me inside. His room is large. Much larger than my room. The bed looks big enough to fit at least four adults. There is also a ridiculously long couch in front of a fireplace and next to the fireplace is a tv. So you can sit on the same couch for both the tv and fireplace. The colors of the room are white, gray and black to give a more masculine look. It is a very stylish room, except for the weird couch, with modern art on the walls and plush carpets in strategic places on the floor. It feels homey with little knick knacks in the bookcase, family pictures and a few drawings (that has to be done by a child) framed on the wall.

Even though I found myself wondering if he could feel the hesitation in mine. "Let's sit down. I have something I need to talk to you about." He pulls me into his side and leads me towards his new living room. He'd replaced the wooden coffee table with a glass one instead and gotten a "new" couch. It was actually a vintage one, a big orange L shaped sectional with giant plush pillows in a cream color. scattered on it. It was very comfy, but I found myself wondering what happened to his old furniture. Everyone just kind of zipped their lips and ran away when I brought it up, or the new door Ike had, or the new fridge. I felt like I had missed something. Ike and I sank into the middle, and Nat
