Our Pet-Friendly Office Turned Into a Warzone

Our Pet-Friendly Office Turned Into a Warzone

"Yeah, Mr. Pearson. It isn't even April Fool's today. Are you pranking us?" I looked at them, making sure to scan every single face. Anyone in this room could be the one trashing me online. I clenched my fists. "It's not a prank. Starting today, our company is going to model itself after other corporations. Everyone should have no objections, right?" For a moment, my office went dead silent. Some people looked conflicted, others stayed silent, but ultimately, none of them could change my decision. Barely a moment later, that account made another post. "I have no idea what set my dumb boss off, but he suddenly canceled our days off and free vacations.

BEHIND OFFICE DOORS

BEHIND OFFICE DOORS

As he continued to gaze at her, his eyes dimmed and his speech was low and slow. Maggie's eyes grew wide, and she briefly stopped breathing. His remarks were like a kick to the stomach. Was Laura still at Fred's house? As she considered what that might entail, a rush of uneasiness passed over her. What was the point of having this conversation in his office? In addition to being a place of employment, Fred Walker's office was notorious among the company's female employees. Boundaries were blurred, professionalism was but a front, and he indulged his cravings at this tiny motel.

marathons with legal, but the way every bastard who ever hated you looks up and says, "I want a piece." My office was on the twenty-fifth floor and felt like a shrine to glass and steel. The only color allowed was the green from the snake plant that sat on the credenza, living proof I could nurture something other than bottom lines. The city below looked like it belonged to me; maybe in a way, it did.

His Rogue Luna is a Princess

His Rogue Luna is a Princess

ELENA The office smelled like laminate flooring and cheap ambition. “This one just came available last week,” the realtor said brightly, her heels clicking across the polished concrete as she waved toward the wall of glass-fronted cubicles. “Lots of natural light, open floor plan, pre-installed cable and ethernet—plus, we’ve got a breakroom that could easily be converted into a kitchenette with just a little vision.” I nodded politely, trying to stay engaged. Behind her, Aiden spun slowly in a dusty office chair someone had left behind, his feet barely brushing the floor. He tilted his head back as he turned, staring at the ceiling tiles like they might offer salvation.

Sinner's Empire Series: Sin of Silence, A Silent Reckoning, Goodnight Sinners

Havel had exceeded expectations. The space was designed to look like a high-end office with board rooms, cubicles and desks. The entire floor had been opened up, the removal of walls creating an open concept. One end of the floor was dedicated to their tech equipment and the two men who operated from the office while the teams were in the field.

I FINALLY FINISHED ALL 3 BOOKS!!! AND IT WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH!!! I wish this book would get more attention in GN it was so good, very well written, and nicely finished. Josef and Shuan's love story made me laugh and cry and jealous at times to have a love like theirs....🤎

For the Alpha

For the Alpha

he shrugged, still looking around to take in the details of everything. The office was bigger than the whole of our pack house and I wondered why one person would need so much space. I had a feeling that he was a plant man because there were so many plans decorating the corners of the office for the floor-to-ceiling window even had some green leaves hanging from the wine that was attached to the ceiling in a decorative kind of way. The floors were black and the walls were white with a lot of portraits hanging from them. "Ok ring and I think it is safe to say that we have established that I am fine now please for the love of the goddess leave me alone."

The Charismatic CEO Wants His Ex-wife And Babies Back

Pushing the door open to the expansive space that she was standing in front of, Ava was overwhelmed by the beautiful sight of the luxuriousness of her new office, which was stationed on the last floor as she made her way in. The room was bathed in a warm and golden glow, emanating from the crystal chandelier that hung majestically from the ceiling.

The Mafia Lord's Betrothed

The Mafia Lord's Betrothed

I was amazed by what the office looked like upon entering. The office was spacious and had a classic, sophisticated feel. The walls were adorned with large bookshelves that held a variety of books and decorative items, I could stay in this office all day just to read the books, the place was like a mini library! And I didn't even think that Mr. Aiden was a reader because he didn't look like it, but hey, you can't judge a book by its cover.

They drenched the office in natural light, offering sweeping views of the bustling city below. Past the reception area, the workspace unfurled like a perfectly orchestrated symphony—just as composed and beautiful as Jacob himself. Open-concept workstations boasted ergonomic chairs and cutting-edge desk arrangements. The air buzzed with the symphonic cadence of fingers tapping on keyboards, intermingling with the subdued hum of collaborative discussions. There were just too many employees bustling about here. "Hey, that's kind of offensive," Jacob chuckled as he pressed the lift button for the twenty-seventh floor. "I prefer my home to be simple. Offices are where you flaunt the fancy stuff t

The devil you know

The devil you know

“I’ll be fine, but thank you.” Simon had his offices on the twenty-fourth floor. It was the one below the top floor. The office took up the entire level and had several offices and meeting rooms, a front desk, and a lunch area. “What are you going to do with all this space? A new office each day of the week?” Emma asked as Simon was giving her the tour. Luke and Carlos had taken up seats on the sofas in the lobby, watching the only entrance. “I’m going to hire people. I’m not going to be a one-man firm for much longer. There are plans and ideas in motion,” Simon told her as he showed her his office, the biggest corner office with an en-suite.

AWESOME! This is one of the very best mafia love stories that I have read on this site. Great storyline, strong characters, interesting, not drawn out, fantastic ending and written well. I am adding you to my favorite author list. Will be reading more of your completed works. Great job author!

Read in 1 day because I couldn't put it down. Great storyline and characters. Like most books on this platform some grammar and other things are incorrect. However, most can be easily overlooked due to how much you get drawn into the story by the main character.
