Something white fell to the floor, I picked up the white envelope that was previously given by Vincent. A message from Jenna entered my cellphone, I replied to the message then returned my attention to the envelope in my hand. All four corners have been folded because it was in my jeans pocket. I tore the end of the envelope to remove the paper inside. But there was no paper in the envelope, what came out was a ring. I blinked at the ring in my hand. This white gold ring has a small diamond in the center. Why did Vincent give me the ring? But this ring doesn't look new either. I could see some fine scratches on the outside and something carved on the inside, something ... a name.

She didn't quite understand why he would choose her. She looked at her ring on her finger,it was indeed very beautiful. The large diamond at the centre glimmered underneath the white light of her lounge. Around the band were tiny blue gems which matched her deep blue eyes. There was atleast twenty gems on the ring. It looked expensive and custome made. "Although it was stunning,it was a curse on her finger. It was the root of her problem,if that ring was not on her finger ,she wouldn't have run off!" Willow thought.

The stone was a brilliant scarlett color. "This ring is host to what we call a familiar. This in particular, is a carbuncle. It's a creature from South America. They have a gift for finding gemstones and hiding. Think of it as a gift of good faith." "Thank you" she put the ring on her finger and held her hand to the light. "It's beautiful...and call me Nina. Ms. Liang is for people under me." she smiled at him. "Then you may call me Richard." he replied back and watched her admire the ring. He was glad she accepted, even if the training didn't pay off, she would be a good partner to have

She gets worse when she tries to identify why that is and comes up empty. When I wasn’t wearing my jewelry, I felt different. That’s another thing I’ve been stewing on all night. I felt lighter, as crazy as that sounds. I mean, my jewelry isn’t big or gaudy, so I don’t understand the feeling. My locket is white gold, and so is the thin chain. The ring isn’t ostentatious or anything like that. It's a simple ring: 1.5 ct princess cut diamond in a plain setting, 2.1mm width- pavé band, all in white gold. It was the compromise that we came up with. King wanted huge diamonds and a few of them, and I was happy with a simple band. So, neither piece was heavy, yet I felt so light without them.

But out of sheer curiosity, just like Pandora, he slowly opened it. And lying silently in the box, was a ring. A couple diamond studded pieces surrounding it, that although looked kind of fake, felt really real. Slowly picking it out of the box, he tried to see if there was anything out of the ordinary on this ring, but nothing. It just seemed like a regular, tacky, normal ring. I smiled. Today his behavior was very unusual. He never talked to me like this. “Welcome mam and sir, what are your requirements??” one of staff came to us. “Can you show us an elegant ring for wedding?” I asked her. “Yes mam, what type of design would you like?” “I want a ring which is light, simple and elegant, diamonds engraved on it with a timeless beauty mainly which has a three stone setting and can be resized according to my finger size.” I gave a description about my dream ring.

It fit perfectly. “Looks great,” Raphael said. Grace glanced at his hand, resting casually on the counter. His ring was simple, no diamonds, just that same subtle V design linking it to hers. For the first time, she felt that a ring without a large stone could actually make her hand look so slender, so graceful. Her feelings stirred, hard to explain. The associate mentioned it was the first of its kind in Germany, just arrived, and no one else had tried it on. It felt made for her.

I looked at her finger with the beautiful diamond ring on it. SERIOUSLY?! This ring just perfectly suits her! I narrowed my eyes at the weirdo. “Holy shit!” Jayden, another junior from the basketball team, suddenly gasped, drawing everyone’s attention to him. “Is that a purity ring I see?” Instantly, all our attention snapped to the new girl, who was showing her phone to the other girls, probably exchanging numbers and just like Jayden had pointed out; there was silver band on the ring finger of her right hand with a small cross in the middle. She was sitting only a couple tables away from us, so even if the design wasn’t entirely clear, we could all see that it definitely was a purity ring.
