Now We Both Look Asian Novels & Stories

They look to see Nuying and the others dressed in chinese wear. Cai Kang found it so weird to see his japanese friends wear chinese clothes but it's not a bad look on them. "We've been waiting for you and I gotta say that I'm impressed. You got every modern accommodation that even people in the other world don't usually get." Xianliang said. "Zhuyun has been waiting for you inside." Wencheng said and that got the duo's attention. "We'll talk later." Kurai said to them and they head inside to meet her.

Or maybe I was too mesmerized by the view before me to notice anyone staring at me. The room was wide and beautiful, lively too. The tables weren't covered with clothes. They were glass and left on full display. Every table had two seats and most were occupied by couples. Everyone is dressed beautifully. Everyone except me. A man walked over to us, a towel folded on his right forearm. He looks like an Asian, possibly a Chinese or Japanese, his plack hair falling over one of his eyes. He bows courtly and said "hello Mr Clark McCarthy. Your table is right over here."

Try and try again Cole has never beat me in a fight, am just too strong and handsome for him to take down. "Yeah Cole, in your dreams" He sent a punch to my shoulder and I did to his. Walking down to the park we started our childish play, with Martin ahead of us. "Cut it out you two that's demeaning of a gentleman" Now introducing our athletic Asian friend Jung, who glares at the two of us. His dark eyes glares playfully at us with his hands on his hip, his hair was wet letting us know he just had a quick shower but his flush skin spoke otherwise.

I see the glitter in his eyes—happiness and hope shining through. We head to a nearby restaurant renowned for its exquisite Asian cuisine. The place has a warm, inviting ambiance with soft lighting, bamboo décor, and the faint aroma of soy sauce and ginger filling the air. As we step inside, we are greeted by the sounds of sizzling woks and the chatter of diners enjoying their meals. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of dishes from different parts of Asia, and I can’t help but feel a bit more relaxed as we settle into a cozy booth by the window.

Antonio interjected, resuming his interrogation. The Asian man stood there, his mouth agape, his eyes fluttering open and closed in a slow, dazed rhythm. Meanwhile, my gaze shifted towards Nello, who also seemed to be fixated on me, his cheeks adorned with a gentle smile. I couldn't quite fathom his intentions, so I averted my stare, redirecting my attention back to Antonio and the Asian man.

Antonio straightened up, he was glad he was able to, at least to appear less bothered and bolder and as arrogant as he was before. “Now listen….” Just then a tall asian dude walked pass them and gave Angela the once over thirsty wink. Angela was too angry and emotional to react properly and Antonio noticed of course, he paused and stared at the fellow predator like a wolf being protective of his little one. The Asian was no other than his rival, the popular Korean actor Hyunmin Woo.

I blush and look away. "Um..we're not. I mean..there is no...uh we're not a couple" Ash raises his brows and looks at me sceptically. "Whatever that makes you sleep at night Panda. But Bree. Don't avoid the subject at hand now." I sigh and look down.

There was still a little romance left in him. As they walked across the fourlanes towards arrivals, he muttered, “I heard that thought you just had awhile ago, and yes, I’m still romantic and your knight in shining armour.” The joke calmed the festering tension between them. Mr Ming was the only Asian man clad in a shorts, slippers and a sleeveless shirt with a hoody. He looked like a gangster. Dominique became cautious of him as the hairs on his neck stood up, and his blood ran instantly cold.

Once back at the hotel Lanna heads straight for the shower while Acre and I go to the kitchen to make some coffee and sandwiches. "Well who knew," Acre says chuckling. "Yeah I know, we seem to have our very own Bruce Lee". "Or Kun fu panda". We are both laughing as Lanna comes into the kitchen looking fresh and clean wearing a tracksuit. "I know you are both laughing at me". "What no were not" Acre splutters. Lanna raises her eyebrows.

"I really can't cook. Maybe someday... let's cook together!" "Deal!" We burst into laughter. I feel a deeper connection with Rina now, and I sense her genuine kindness. Unlike my other friends, Rina is a true companion. As we sip our drinks and savor the snacks, we watch music videos of our favorite K-pop idols. We're currently indulging in nostalgia, watching Super Junior's "Bonamana" music video - our old favorite that fueled our passion for cover dance competitions. The memories come flooding back, and I'm overwhelmed with joy. Those were indeed the best of times.
