Novel & Cerita October

“If you noticed, I was careful not to touch them myself.” I plucked them from the air. “What are they?” I looked them over and they looked like chopsticks but had runes on them. A smile lit her lips. “Those are called Haeret Temporis. They represent the six areas of tranquility: Spiritual Wellness, Physical Health, Mental Health, Family and Relationships, Work and Career, and Wealth and Money. Each represent different aspects of life: past, present, and future.” Then she looked over the board. “This is a Speculum Temporis. Collectively, it’s called a Temporis Set. Ask it a question, and the set can answer by seeing into the past, present, or future. That is, if the decision has been made. If

The Master's voice was not as deep as that. (Was it at the Halloween show that I met such a person with this same voice? No, I do not think so) she thought as her heart became troubled. She tried to sit up and take a peep as Igor stopped her. "Are you nuts?" He whispered. "Who is there?!" The voice bawled again. One of the zombies started sniffing around again as the owner of fhe voice started walking toward where Willow and Igor were hiding. *.* Tabitha and Jasper alighted from their car, it was 9 PM by now and the breeze outside was cool.

Thus, the promise at the first of September started at the grass field, below the oak tree were two people that had bonded deeper than tree roots, made a promise unto one another. But do all things go in our favor? Not all things end in our favor, even knowing what future lies ahead of us. September 27th, Year XXXX "The festival will be starting on 30th, Glad I am done with all the preparations," Paul mumbled while checking the calendar, the rain was pouring so hard outside, and it seems that it will stay till tomorrow. Then, he checked his guitar, finding if it needs fixing. Despite the rain pouring from the roof, the atmosphere was oddly quiet, only the sound of thunder and rainfall envelo

We turn at the same time to see Luka stepping out from the forest, his gold-tinted curls blowing about his face, his brown eyes wide with wonder at the sight of the river. He walks past, still not seeing us. Darius and I look at each other, then scramble up to follow him. Luka stops at the top of the river embankment. He passes his hand over his eyes. When he drops his hand again, he opens his eyes and they are a milky grey colour. The glow disappears from the sky and in the darkness a full moon rises. Not just any moon. I recognize this moon. So pale, so clear, it appears as if behind a layer of ice. The first full moon of the new year. The Wolf Moon.

It seems as though Time is the only person who has cared to know of my existence recently. Again, I shouldn’t be thinking like this. Sleep doesn’t find me very easily. I watch the silvery colours of the Moon along the wooden floorboards. Beams cast against Time’s sleeping face. Maybe he isn’t sleeping, since rumour has it that they don’t need sleep. Perhaps he is passing time, having to live by a simple half blood immortal like myself. He’s beautiful, really. The inky obsidian colour of his hair turns mercury silver under the light, glowing brilliant. It even frames his face, his skin looking flawless under the light. And to think, that simple mortal girl thought she was too good for him…

Calm down Eleanor! She told herself exaggerating, she didn't want him to see her insane state of mind which usually occurs once every month. Her true moody nature along with grumpiness hit her with full force in a shark week which is about to start tonight or in the morning perhaps, because she's already feeling the pain of cramps. Leon was hollering in laughter making her all more angry. Biting her tongue to control her rage, she walked out of his room and towards the kitchen.

she stated blandly. “Curiosity kills a cat, Rosie,” Cyrill countered. “Enough of you two!” Romaine shrieked gently. “Food’s already as cold as the winter’s frigid air.” “Ah yes, October has finally come,” Cyrill’s wry grin can be seen even from afar. He constantly reminds Rozelyn of her heartbreak anniversary by uttering the tenth month of the year. His sarcasm and teasing will always be an A-Lister; especially when it concerns Rozelyn.

“Or… if you want… stay a bit longer and we’ll go straight to my apartment. Don’t worry, you can shower there and all that.” “No… no, better come pick me up. Tonight will be clear… full moon,” I whisper, barely audible. I notice Sam’s eyes widen in surprise. He looks nervous. “Today… isn’t today March 19?” he stammers. “No, sir… it’s the 20th.” “Impossible!…” he mutters, jumping in his chair. “I remembered something… will you teach me tomorrow? I have a very important commitment today,” I add, adjusting his tie as if suddenly suffocating.
