~MIKAEL~ A few minutes after my outburst, O'Lean came into my office. His huge body stood right in front of me. He watched quietly as I dropped the folder on the table. Lately, I have been researching wolves from decades past that had the anticelestial mark and there was something common between them. Their wolves had a downward crescent mark on the side of the arm and they are all omegas. So that leaves us to check all omegas. Although it makes things easier… it would take a lot of time to separate the omegas from the other wolves.

“She lives across the hall from you?” Calliope tilted her head, pleased and smug. “Mmm. Lena Marlowe. Sweet girl. Strong energy. A wolf heart she hasn’t discovered yet.” Silas’s eyes widened. “She’s latent?” “Maybe,” Calliope said, far too casually. “Or maybe she’s something rarer.” Ronan’s pulse jumped. "I'm Rudina Hart, alpha female of a howling jaws pack. Nice to meet you, Ms Hopper." Why are there so many werewolves in this class than humans? I saw the guy who helped me from the bus terminal to the school. The talkative guy? He's in this class too?

She turned her gaze towards the Alpha, who now wore an expression of surprise, his brows furrowing. I could see the astonishment in his eyes as he muttered, "What on earth is going on? How did an omega turn into such a magnificent white wolf?"

And in the hierarchy of wolves in the pack, while an Alpha was the head and most respected and honored to lead the pack, the Omega was the lowest and everyone who made up the pack looked down on them. This was why no one took the demise if my parents serious. They had an inkling that they did not have to after all, father was a vampire and mother was an Omega wolf. But deep down, I knew that was not the reason why Pedro had dismissed their investigation. The black wolves were just really terrifying and as much as I wished he would do something about it. Anything, he just had to call off the investigation by saying it was a waste of man resources, going after people who did not belong to the
