TAKE A CHANCE ON ME

TAKE A CHANCE ON ME

He pulled out his cell phone and sent her a message. 'Hello, gorgeous! In an hour from now, tell John to take you to the ranch. I will join you there. I want to be alone with you and I know the perfect spot to do it. I love you infinitely!' Before putting the cell phone in his pocket, he scrolled through all the names on the phone and found Danielle's. With a small gesture, he deleted it. He had given her too much attention, from now on he will pretend that she never existed. In his life, there was room for only one woman and no one else. Shawn finished all he had to do and left the office. Near the elevator, he met his cousin who was going to Chris's office.

I really enjoyed this book. Your writing is really emotional & riveting. You write about difficult topics such as violence, domestic trauma, emotional trauma, human frailties with sensitivity & emotional caring, which is very tough to do well. I appreciate that you approach these matters in yr work.

Another captivating book by this author. Have the Kleenex box beside you because you will be crying throughout. This book takes you through so many different emotions. I admire Isabelle’s strength. Looking forward to reading the sequel.

101 Chances? No, Sir

101 Chances? No, Sir

At that moment, notifications kept popping up on my screen. "Shocking news! Tyler, chairman of the Werewolf Council, waits at the Office of Werewolf Mate Affairs and is suspected of being stood up!" "Alpha Tyler's proposal fails! His mysterious partner disappears, and netizens are now in a frenzy!" I clicked on one of the headlines, and what appeared was a photo that seemed familiar yet strange—Tyler stood at the entrance of the Mate Affairs office, dressed in a black suit and holding a bouquet of vibrant roses. His face was filled with anticipation and joy.

Three Chances, Then Never Again

Three Chances, Then Never Again

Afterward, she said to Sean and Steven, "My lawyer will contact you about the damage and compensation. Now, please leave my home." Disbelief mixed with resentment on Sean's face. "Zoey, it's just a toy. Can't Steve just apologize to Jon?" Zoey looked at the scattered Legos on the floor. "This was Jon's championship prize from the Lego competition. There was only one in the world. Do you really think an apology will make up for it?" Sean was rendered speechless. Steve, however, flew into a tantrum. "I won't apologize! Why should I apologize to him? His daddy is a thief!"

Second Chances

Second Chances

“I will, don’t worry.” I watched him so excited as he chose three very appropriate games and then picked up, Call of Duty. I waited for Jason’s response. Thomas said, “I can’t decide between these,” and held them up to Jason. “You can have them all, except that one,” pointing to, Call of Duty. Thomas said, “Oh my God, I can’t believe I get to have all of these!” As we pulled up to the house, Cassy was sound asleep. I carried her in and set her in her crib as Jason and Thomas gathered all of our bags.

Second Chance Revenge

Second Chance Revenge

I haven’t gone through hell and am back to giving up now when I’m given my only chance. With a few wobbly steps, I rush down the hall and out the back door. I blink rapidly from the brightness and shield my eyes for a moment before turning my head to the right. Then, I run for my life.

SURVIVING THE DEMON GAMES WITH THE LYCAN KING

SURVIVING THE DEMON GAMES WITH THE LYCAN KING

The mare sight of it sent shivers down my spine. “For today's event we are going to play a game called a blind date with destiny." Gosh! even the title of the game was boring. “In this game, two partners would be randomly selected to take part in five test. The winners would advance and as for the losers— you already know what happens," the system announced, the last part in a deep hoarse voice that sent goosebumps flying. “With out further ado, let's go through the list shall we?" Just then a gigantic screen came to live.

End Game

End Game

“Let’s finish the game.” “He better not start anything,” Declan muttered as we all moved back to our positions. “He won’t,” I cut in quickly. Jackson raised an eyebrow. “How do you know that?” “He just won’t, okay?” I insisted Or at least I hoped so. Jackson didn’t look convinced, but he dropped it. The game resumed, loud and chaotic, but my focus wasn’t really there anymore. Every serve, every laugh, every shout blurred at the edges. Because even when I wasn’t looking at him—I could feel him.

You rejected your Luna: One Chance is all you Get.

You rejected your Luna: One Chance is all you Get.

I rested my palm against the glass, my reflection staring back—calm, composed, calculating. Selena was faltering. Lucas was rising. Mattias was missing. The entire foundation of her precious rule was beginning to crack, and all I had to do was wait for the right moment to press. A slow smile curved my lips. Three players on the board. One moon above them. And me, standing between. “Let’s see how long your kingdom holds, Selena,” I whispered. The wind outside carried my words into the dark, and somewhere in the distance, a wolf howled—low, eerie, and perfect.

Another chance

Another chance

I missed her so much. I checked the clock on the wall right in front of me. It was nearly the time I was born. The time which was supposed to be full of happiness was filled with loneliness, just me and my son in our quiet house. " Mummy is uncle Ken coming to your birthday?" He asked. " Definitely he will " I answered feeling so disappointed Finally, the minute hand pointed to the time. Immediately my phone rang . I knew it must be Ken calling or maybe Salim my friend. I ran excitedly and grabbed my phone quickly only to discover that the caller was Sandra , Michael's Nanny.
