The Billionaire’s Abandoned Wife

The Billionaire’s Abandoned Wife

She looked at the notebook. At the one line. At everything it meant and everything that came after it and the kitchen around her and the man across from her and the bread in the oven and November. She picked up the pen. She wrote below the first line: Now we begin.

Betrayed And Sold To The Mafia King

Betrayed And Sold To The Mafia King

Valeria It had been an entire day. After the first hour, I had no idea how long it had been. The silence was maddening. Not a beam of light, not even the narrowest one under the door. Only the smell of dust. The food came once. Slipped in. I hadn’t touched it. I huddled myself, knees to my chest, arms wrapped around them, and stared into the dark as though it were his face. Dante.

Mated to the Alpha Don

Mated to the Alpha Don

“And now….you’ve become everything to me, mi vida. “ He turned to look at Mama and began to speak in Spanish. “Evelina es la primera luz del amanecer, esa que rompe la oscuridad y acaricia el alma. Es la lluvia que renace después de una larga sequía, dando vida donde todo parecía muerto. Es la primera rosa que florece en primavera, pura, delicada, y llena de promesas. En su presencia, el mundo se llena de color, y en su amor, todo lo que soy encuentra sentido. Como el sol, el agua, y la flor, ella es el inicio de todo lo bello en mi vida. (Evelina is the first light of dawn, the one that breaks through the darkness and caresses the soul. She is the rain that returns after a long drought, bri

The Billionaire's Debt-Bride

There were no more strings, no more cages, and no more secrets. "So," I said, closing the book. "What’s the first line of the next 150,000 words?" Damian pulled me close, the "Vulture" and the "Bride" vanishing into the shadows of the Scriptorium. "I think we’ll start with: 'They lived.'"

S.I.X: The Mafia's Kryptonite

S.I.X: The Mafia's Kryptonite

Something about it felt… personal. Important. Like it had been held and reread a hundred times. I traced the edges of the cover with my fingers before finally flipping it open. The first page was handwritten. Not a name. Just: “For when the world is too quiet.” —Six. I bit down on my lower lip to stifle the blush that crept up on me. Underneath that tough-guy exterior, there was a sweet spot. It made me wonder about him. What was he doing here? In this world, with these kinds of people?

The Island of the Silence

The Island of the Silence

A single voice. Deep. Old. Everywhere at once. She came from the hundreds of figures in the water. And she just said one sentence: “The ones who first fell must decide whether the island is ever born.”

Ascend or Be Consumed

Ascend or Be Consumed

Maybe… maybe I’d find answers about the big betrayal here. I opened it. The first line glowed faintly in the dim room: “I am the fire—” And then the world went black. Not metaphorically. Not because I blinked. I went blind. It took me a moment to accept the fact that I had lost my eyes just after reading the first line! My breath seized. “What—what’s happening?” I whispered, reaching out into space. “I can’t—I can’t see—I can’t see!” Panic clawed up my throat.

The book is great. But the length & the saga are ridiculous not to mention you only provide 2 chapter updates through the week. We the readers love this book but 1900 pages and we’ve had 1 happy ending. We’re ready for this to be over stop dragging it out for the money! 1st & last book I buy/read.

The First One

The First One

Nicole looked at the clock in the room and said, “I’m kind of in a hurry so I’ll make my story brief and comprehensive. After breaking your heart, I owe you an explanation my darling Muhammad.” Muhammad tried switching on the radio on his belt, in hope that anyone on the other end could listen to the conversation if the signal was restored. If Maryam and he were going to die tonight, their death might as well not be in vain. The most important thing was revealing the real identity of The First One.
