The ground had opened up and for some reason, it kept dragging me down with it and no matter how hard I tried to hold onto anything to keep me afloat, nothing could save me from drowning. Caitlin, despite her new home, and despite her finding a new love interest in the elusive vampire Blake, knows that she can only stay on this island for so long before her destiny calls.
