Ori Dragon Chain 소설 & 이야기

He maintained his distance even when he began to speak. “We know about the prophecy because we’re part of the Order of Ouroboros.” Before the shock could register, Jada chimed in. “We were born into it. Just like our parents were, and their parents before them.” She tugged on a thin chain around her neck, one I’d seen her wearing many times but never thought anything of it. The charm at the base was a serpent, it’s little silver scales glinting in the light. It was wrapped around a dainty hoop, it’s mouth open as it devoured it’s own tail.

All my Love, Tine Mira quickly grabbed the box from her mother's hand and opened it. The contents caused Mira to gasp and exclaim loudly. The set was unlike anything she had ever set her eyes on. There was a choker necklace, a pair of earrings and a type of chain with jewels for her hair. Each stone seem to contain it's own flame and it could be seen when they were exposed to light. The flame inside the stones shimmered and drew Mira's gaze, almost hypnotizing her. She quickly snapped out of it and and handed it to her mother for assistance. Mira put in the earrings, expecting them to feel heavy and pull on her ears, but they were incredibly lightweight. Then the two women walked over the th

I said coolly, “You're up.” Denmark grinned as he stepped forward, sliding his metallic case onto the table. “You wanted authenticity, Mr. Fox? I brought it. I went back to my roots–strong, bold, unapologetic designs. This line’s called Dominion. It's meant to represent the unyielding spirit of those who rise after defeat.” He opened the case dramatically. Inside were heavy gold chains, massive rings studded with oversized stones, and cuffs engraved with intricate flame patterns.

I fasten the buttons quickly and then; I reach for a pair of dark trousers which slides smoothly over his legs, it does nothing to hide the corded muscles of my legs. I tuck the shirt into the waistband, securing it with a wide leather belt adorned with a silver buckle. A glint of gold on the nearby table catches my eyes, it is a velvet cushion which displays a collection of rings. I pick up the first, a simple gold band engraved with the sigil of Orizon– a rearing griffin. It slides onto my smallest finger, a silent reminder of his lineage and the legacy he carried.

“With this gift, I relinquish my power as Alpha over to you, young Katalea. May you wear it as a symbol of our Prides’ strength, loyalty, and love. It is your to give to the next black panther or to put back into the sacred vault if there is not one after your reign. His words wee heavy on my shoulders but I picked up the box. Insides was a delicate panther pendant made of onyx, surrounded by tiny rubis, the eyes were a dazzling sapphire as blue as mine. It was supported by a tiny silver chain that didn’t look strong enough to survive what I would put it through. Grandfather saw me eyeing the chain and read my thoughts. “It is made of a metal stronger than platinum, that is found only o

He asked Warren to bring the both of them through a request that Warren obeyed all to happily. Once inside, Johnathan immediately ran off towards one of the pillars that was located next to the castle of gold. He channeled all the Reiteki he had into one big attack. Though he was weak and worned down from starving for so long, he managed to break the pillar of gold and what was revealed was a single orb that shone purple in the light. Johnathan picked up the orb in his hands and lifted it to the sky. He then chanted a mantra and as soon as he finished, a dragon appeared with a sword in his hand. The sword was of solid gold.

It was his own. James's smile vanished. "What are you doing?" Orion slowly turned his head toward James. One golden eye had returned. "I said..." "...leave..." The darkness fought back. Black flames erupted around him. He dropped to one knee, clutching his head in agony. The Shadow Dragon's voice echoed through the chamber. "You cannot resist forever." "I can..." Orion gasped. "I must..." Silver light burst from the Crown of Luna. Without thinking, I reached out and placed my hand against Orion's forehead.

I was the lowest-born black serpent in the Serpent Clan, yet the Dragon Court's most honored crown prince chose me as his bride. He gave up his betrothal to my sister, surrendered his place as heir, and walked away from the Dragon Court for me. I was moved beyond words and became his wife. But after I gave birth to only a black serpent, he flew into a rage. He crushed our baby beneath his foot, then killed me with a single strike of his sword. As I was dying, I saw hatred burning in his eyes. "If I'd known you were this useless, I should've married your sister!" Only then did I learn the truth. I was the woman of fate named in the Dragon Court's forbidden book, the one born with primord

He looks out the window for a bit, "I have something I want to give you." He pulls out a dark, almost black ring with a medium-sized red gemstone placed right in the center. He gently grabs my left hand, hesitating at his actions for a second, and slips it onto my ring finger. My heart begins to hammer against my chest at the smallest touch of his skin. Once I look down at the ring at a closer angle, the band of it is a dragon that hooks onto the gem from the left side, while its tail hooks onto the other side of the gem, creating the circle.
