Alpha's Mage

Alpha's Mage

She filed away the thoughts. "So how were your classes today?" She changed the topic. "Boring," came the immediate reply in unison. ~*~*~ [Xavier] The library in their mansion was a cavern of ancient books and manuscripts. It contained the earliest recorded manuscript of the werewolves as well. He was sure that he would find something of importance here, it had to be. While the library on the campus was oriented towards catering to the research works of the students, most of the ancient books, the ones which are no longer published were shifted to the mansion library.

I am such an idiot. I’ve had this book in my library for an entire month before I decided to give this book a try and I am full of regrets. From beginning to end, this story has been fast past but very detailed, not jeopardizing the plot. I am in love with this book and intrigued by the plot

REJECTED BY HIS BETA

REJECTED BY HIS BETA

I entered the library that belonged to our pack for centuries. The interior was very old, Victorian style. I don’t know why, but for some reason, I always felt the power of knowledge and imagination every time I stepped inside a library. I could hear the dusty untouched books on the shelves asking me to read them. People of my pack consider this library as the best place to read in peace and gather more information on our history. Even in my personal life, this library has a great influence on me. I became a member when I was only eight. I started with encyclopedias, and guides on wolfs, and training, and ended being a passionate reader of books and novels.

I was never Human

I was never Human

Heather's POV: Flashback: a few weeks ago... When I first arrived at the Library of Alphas, I was astonished by the vast and many books. Our history was long and prosperous, though it wasn't without its wars. From what I've read, we have been plagued by greed and superiority complexs that spands generations. As much as I simply wanted to enjoy the wealth of centuries of past lives that came before me, it was only one life I was in search for. I scoured the entire library, looking for the earliest accounts. Considering Cimone was around the time the first King of our people was throned, I'm sure there wouldn't really be any knowledge before that time, if any, very limited. In the Chosen's lib

Unexpected pregnancy with Alpha

Unexpected pregnancy with Alpha

I watched her for a moment longer than I should have, the way her expression softened as she took in every detail. “Come on,” I said finally, breaking the silence. “I think you’ll like to spend more time in the library.” She nodded with obvious elation that was infectious. We returned to the library, and I wasn’t surprised when her face lit up again. She immediately gravitated toward one of the shelves, her fingers brushing over the spines. “What’s the history behind these?” she asked, pulling out an old leather-bound book. I stepped closer, glancing at the title. “That one’s about the origins of our pack. It details the founding families and how the hierarchy was established.”

“Found what?” “Alexandria.” My eyes widened and the grumpy facade dropped. “You found…Alexandria? Like…” “The library. All of it, Z. It’s all there. Our actual accounts of how our races started. The very beginning. No fluff. In scrolls. In hieroglyphics. Oh, Z, it was amazing. Books and scrolls for a long as you could even look. You couldn’t seen the end of the shelves. They were as tall as the trees in your home pack.”

Auri had the worst life, but I was happy to read that her mate did not really want to abandon her. I just wish in the end that she would have been put back together. Poor thing also we never talked about her family anymore and wanted to hear about her sisters mate thought for sure it would be Bryan

he asked way too politely, his behaviour nothing like the one two minutes ago. “Do you have by any chance book on the Curses? Like the ancient folklores, myths, curses and their cures?” I asked still exploring the royal library. It was the library since the time of King Lycaon. He was the one who built this when he reigns which was technically thousands of years ago. Everything have changed since then. “Umm… I don’t know there has to be one as per my knowledge, but.” He stopped midway. I turned to look at him and raised my one eye-brow, trying to intimidate him more.

Hello lovely people! sorry for leaving you all hanging in middle of nowhere. I seriously didn't get time in past month to update for which I am really sorry. I will try to complete the story in this book only. Please be patient with me as I am recently acquainted to college life.

I'm guessing that English isn't your first language. Maybe it would be best to hire an editor? Some of the grammar mistakes make for a confusing read. I have had to re-read quite a few lines and guess the meaning with context clues. I'm intrigued with the story so keep it coming!

The Genome Library was the world's biggest, partially centralized library. The amount of information the library had was nothing ordinary. Though it was the right approach to put all the information in a single place, so there were many branches of the library with their own section. Creed has come back to the Genome Library. This time he also observed that for some reason the buildings have changed their positions. Raymond had told this to him yesterday, but he realized that they have literally switched the positions randomly. The buildings weren't moving right now, so he assumed that this must have happened in the night.

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

burn between us

burn between us

Dante said. Elian looked at him. "Both," he said. "Yes." The library was on Whitchurch Road, as she'd said, and had been there since 1906, as she'd said, and did not go anywhere. It was a Victorian building with the specific confidence of something built during a period that believed in permanence, solid and red-bricked and entirely sure of itself, and it smelled, inside, the way libraries that have been libraries for a very long time smell — the accumulated breath of a hundred years of reading, paper and wood and something that was neither but was both.

Crimson Moon Bound To The Lycan King

Crimson Moon Bound To The Lycan King

All of this for one cursed being. Brianna glances around to make sure we’re alone. “Because she’s a special Crimson-born.” What is that? “That’s it? That’s all the information I get?” I mutter. She looks around to ensure we aren't overheard. “Did you know the Lycans have a sealed library? One they’ve been struggling to open for centuries. Anyone who enters never comes out alive.” “What does that have to do with Zephyra?” “In that library, it’s rumored there are records of what really happened in the beginning. The true history of the Crimson-born, who they really are.”

Entangled with the Lycans of Pawxlore High

Entangled with the Lycans of Pawxlore High

I paused at the water fountain near my destination to have a drink, before stepping into the large hall that was labeled Pawxlore’s library. The school wasn’t playing games when it came to books and it’s werewolf culture to always have a library in your home. According to Professor Norton, it was traditional many years ago because it was believed to ward off demons. Demons wouldn’t want to prey on a creature that stores books for knowledge as they are harder to manipulate. Sounds stupid, right? Most of History is silly.
