Outline Owl Tattoo Drawing Novels & Stories

I stood near the basin, fingers dipped in moon-tempered ink, watching the final glyph dry along the inside of my left wrist. It had arrived overnight. I hadn’t drawn it. It wasn't a dream for me. It was simply present. Three angles. One comma-shaped. One spiral. One open-ended loop that bled past itself like it hadn’t decided what it wanted to become yet. It didn’t glow. But when I breathed? It breathed back. Elora joined me before sunrise. No scroll. No staff. Just her hands tucked inside her sleeves the way she did when she didn’t want her sorrow to get on the morning.

Heath put his hand on Rhett’s shoulder and squeezed it, before going to the door. Rhett walked over to the drawing table under the window. The morning was beginning to brighten, and the birds were flocking to the bird feeder that he kept outside. He liked to study their feathers and poses, trying to bring the details into his sketches for tattoo designs. He flipped open his sketch book and reviewed the designs he had in mind for Aislen, and the stencils he had prepared. He’d do the piercings first, he told himself, whilst she was most angry. When she’d calmed down, he’d start the tattoos.

“That’s great! Do you remember anything else like a tattoo or a cut or any distinctive feature?” David thought for a while before drawing the picture of the beak of a bird within a shape that resembled a broken ‘T’, without the left half of the horizontal line and the vertical line seemed to be wacked in a bit. “This was on the left hand” David pointed to the back of his palm. “Umm” Dana nodded and looked in interest. David’s ego took a boost seeing Dana was interested. He started to draw more bits and pieces to the other portraits. All he wanted at this time was for Dana to sit admiring him.

The smaller person also has dark-colored hair and a green body. There’s a red line between the two people. Jenny’s fingers touched the edge of the stone steps. Her nails scraped against the stone, producing a “scritch” sound. She turned her gaze away from the drawing paper and looked at Olivia’s face. Olivia is using pink crayons to draw something in the lower right corner of the paper. Her wrist is very agile; the crayon draws an arc across the paper, then pauses. She changes the direction and draws another arc. The two arcs intersect, forming the outline of a butterfly.

Her perfectly serene doll-like look was ruined however by the tired scowl which decorates her face. Rubisviel Fyaril, the Orchid Butterfly Witch of the Dark Forest wipes the sweat from her brow and huffed after completing a drawing of a Cthulhu symbol inside her circle. Thick black bags hang under her tired golden eyes and her face was paler than usual. Her head hurts like a battle-ax was splitting it open and her shoulders and legs are aching after prolonged hours of sitting on the ground and focusing on drawing the symbols.

A date, 12-08-1994, was etched beneath the wolf's heart. Other than that, I saw a vividly drawn skull. A large knife was plunged through the top of the skull and cracks on the skull were shown around it. In capital letters ‘FEAR NO ONE’ was scrawled around the knife’s blade. In the very center of his back, a large wolf’s head with a majestic crown sitting on top of it was inked into his skin. Beneath it, a map of the North was drawn. On the left side of his back, I saw a compass tattoo.

Maybe the gods think I look pretty this way. A gasp escaped me as I turned my neck to get a better view. My fingertips brushed against a beautifully intricate design that adorned my skin. It was a crescent moon, its delicate details awash in an array of enchanting blue shades. Stars, each unique, encircled the moon like constellations painted by a celestial artist. At the edge of the crescent, a pitch-black wolf stood, head thrown back as it howled at the moon. My mate’s initials are written below the mark.

“Well then I’m going to get a big ass neck tattoo!” He immediately started choking on his bite of lobster and had to spit it into his napkin. “What?!” “Yeah. I was thinking of getting an owl right here,” I told him, touching the base of my neck. “The eyes would be right here, and the wings would go over my breasts. It would have a shackle around its leg with the ball being my belly button. What do you think? Pretty awesome, right?” He downed another glass of wine. “Y-yeah. Pretty awesome.”

Esmeray held her forearm up, examining the intricate tattoo that adorned her skin. The tattoo depicted a majestic wolf, its eyes fierce and determined, surrounded by swirling patterns that seemed to dance with a life of their own. The lines were bold and precise, giving the impression of strength and resilience. “This tattoo is so unique,” Esmeray remarked, tracing her fingers over the contours of the design. “I’ve always felt a connection to it, but I never knew why.”
