I opened the book again now with a bright idea. Searching the little book, I saw something that got my eye, it was a small tunnel under the cottage, but it led to the castle, and in the middle, it was called something strange, “what the heck is a love nest?” I asked myself when I heard the laughter of some goofballs for friends but with others around them.

Intrigued, i decided to take the book back to the cabin to show Nikau. When i arrived back at the cabin, i excitedly showed Nikau the book, telling him all about the strange symbols and images that i had seen. Nikau was equally intrigued by the book, but nikau said that he would be leaving to check out on the pack for a few days. He asked me not to join him as he would be travelling in his wolf form. After he left, I settled into my cozy spot by the fireplace in the cabin, I opened the old book I had checked out from the library. The title, "The Lost Village of Ravenswood", immediately caught my attention and I was eager to learn more about this mysterious place.

Koko asked as I handed him the book. I rolled my eyes. "Book, probably." He glared at me. "Someone intentionally dropped it on my foot." When he didn't take it, I pushed the book to his chest in annoyance. "Who gave it to you?" he asked while carefully inspecting the book. "Just open it," I ordered. He opened it and just like me, Koko's eyebrows also raised when he saw the first note. He flipped the page to 126 and then flipped back again where the mysterious note is. That's when Koko frowned even more. "Your father is cursed?" he uttered in disbelief as he read the note over and over again.

Anna scooted closer to her side and clutched Emmie’s arm. The vehicle slowed as it neared, the driver’s gaze roaming over both Emmie and her maid. Emmie wanted to sigh aloud but didn’t dare. The coach appeared to be one of someone with wealth. The gold crest of eagle wings on the door hinted that the vehicle’s owner could possibly be noble. Once the horses stopped, the driver shifted on his seat, leaning toward them. “What’s happened here?” Emmie took a step closer. “We are stranded, Sir. Our coach overturned, and we cannot find the driver.”

I have been reading this old dusty book for about an hour now, I groaned and gave up on the book, I got up and went to go put the book back, but when I was about to put the book in the slot I saw a little door. There was a button on it so I pressed it, it made a little squeak which got everyones attention, they stared at what I was doing, I opened it fully, inisde there was a giant leather book. I pulled it our and read the cover 'Incwadi nezilo'

She heard stories as a little girl and read all the detailed books she could find. Lucky for Nick, she still had some books stored on a small shelf in the corner of the living room. It took a few minutes for her to rummage through the shelf to find the old book of strange phenomena of the soulmate bond. Nick watched her search through it, his eyes darkening with impatience. He almost got on his feet when Esme pulled out a heavy book from behind the shelf. “Found it!” Esme settled back in her seat and dusted the little dust that decorated the brown book cover.

I hadn't put it there. I opened the book. Every page was blank except for the very last one. I wondered if the book selection in here had been specifically cultivated to what they felt I needed to read, or if it was just standard for the rooms. I settled on one that seemed interesting enough before struggling out of the chair and walking over to grab it. Settling back down with it, I looked at the cover. The Werewolf’s Progress. I snickered a little bit, it seemed like a spoof on The Pilgrim’s Progress. I felt the wolf’s presence emerge, but she stayed quiet. Like she was just observing with me. I hadn’t even realized I had fallen asleep, until I woke up to a knocking on the door. I looked down at the book that lay open on my lap. I had barely made it two pages in.

I did not even want to know what luna Cassandra would have done if she knew I could do those things. The sun was beating down hot, standing up to walk to the window where I curled myself in the window frame, watching the beautiful sky as the birds flew about. A few butterflies flew my way, sitting on my hands and shoulders as I giggled. They were so pretty, stuck on my skin as I flipped from page to page. The third book was about the castle. Whoever built that castle wrote every single detail about it. He even mentioned secret passages but did not mention how many they were and where they were exactly. It was obvious the king and queen’s room would have one and thus I would have to do some e
