As for Frank, he had already figured out that those skeletons had deadly poison from the School of Venom, or perhaps it was the snake venom from that snake. Its eyes were also glowing with menace, and its hands held two bone sabers. F*ck! Darryl's expression changed to shock as he shivered at the sight of the giant skeleton. He could feel the evil spirits in the huge skeleton; it was much stronger than the one in the King of Death's Cauldron.

"I'm a patient who requires in-patient medical treatment. Please leave me alone!" The officer nodded. He opened his laptop and played a video for Zane to watch. It was footage of Zane secretly hiding Bree in the basement! "How dare you falsely accuse me? What solid proof do you have that I was the one who hid her?" "The garbage can in the basement contains your bodily fluids, which match the substance found on Bree Polene's body!" the officer replied.

In fact, Raider had a faint intuition that the symbols were placed here to seal or preserve this skeleton. It was strangely beautiful. Every single bone was pure white, unsullied by time. There wasn't even a speck of dust on it. What should've been an eerie sight actually gave a holy feeling, like the skeleton of a God. It was as if no one was qualified to look at this skeleton.

The smell was ripe, heavy with the scent of rot and wet leaves. They didn’t have to look long. Milo’s flashlight caught on a shape against the base of a twisted tree. Sophie. But barely. She was slumped there, her body warped and collapsing in on itself. One side of her scalp was bare, patches of skin missing entirely. Her left eye—gone. Just a hollow, dark socket. Two fingers missing from her left hand, the stumps black and shriveled. Her mouth hung open, a few teeth missing, gums grey.

There was fire in her eyes, and her brownish-black hair was braided, falling long over her shoulder, slightly passing her waist. "Are these the men?" Kathryn asked. Gold nodded. The flesh of one of the men fell to the ground with a splash like a piece of clothing had been removed, revealing his skeleton which remained standing, displaying yellow teeth, giving off the horrid smile his put-out flesh once concealed. The men all felt like this was a dream, some pinched themselves hoping to wake up. The skeleton stepped forward over the mass of discarded flesh and blood, paused in its footsteps, and Rose Steele stepped out of the skeleton.
