They shrieked with laughter. The rest of the pups howled, climbing over me like a pack of wild animals, their tiny sharp nails scratching at my arms and chest. I let them think they had me for a few seconds before flipping the tables. With a playful growl, I lunged forward, grabbing as many of them as I could and rolling onto the floor with them. The entire pack house—who I didn't notice—were all staring. These little muffins erupted with their excited shrieks as I wrestled and tickled them into submission.

He suddenly started tickling me, oh no not tickles. Please be seated,” she gritted through clenched teeth. I sighed but returned to my stool in the corner of the room and watched him flirt with Zoe while she examined the puppy.
