Godfather World

Godfather World

“Do you need me to locate some?” According to the idle gossip from the Shady Merchant, only one person owned black sheep in the area. From the long conversation with the three pigs, Zen knew the owner of the black sheep was definitely somewhere in the same town. Doubting that the villagers in the small marketplace would be friendly or helpful, Zen decided to strike up a conversation with Mary instead. “Do you happen to know a shepherd who has any black sheep?” he asked, getting straight to the point. Damian was too busy trying to steal some wool from the sleeping lambs behind Mary’s back, while Oritha and Sasha preferred to maintain their weapons.

No Longer His Convenient Wife

No Longer His Convenient Wife

River shouts from across the field, where one of the sheep has decided that the vegetable patch is its new home. “I’m coming!” I yell back. The second sheep makes a sharp turn, nearly colliding with me before darting away again, absolutely determined to make this as difficult as possible. “Why are they so fast?” Rain groans somewhere behind me, still half-covered in mud. “Because you’re slow,” Sienna calls back, not even looking up from her recording. One of the sheep—a particularly aggressive-looking one with horns, I’d name that one Lucifer—decides to test the fence integrity by ramming it repeatedly with its head.

If I'm being completely honest, I would probably be far worse in my grammar as a native English speaker, so showing some grace & respect is of the utmost importance as Jennifer works hard to bring Laika and Karim to life for the reader. I hope she continues with many more stories or spin-offs.

This author writes so well and keeps me keeps me totally hooked. I can’t wait till the next update every chapter I read. If this book was already completed, I would read it thru in a couple days and not get anything else done except to just totally enjoy the story she has created. Love it!

He Banished Me to the Rogue

He Banished Me to the Rogue

I didn’t learn that Penny and Xavier had crossed paths until the next day, when I went to the ranch to tend to the sheep. Thanks to my medicine, Penny had recovered quickly. She was now able to wrap herself in thick coats and wander around Rogue Den, her delicate little face peeking out from beneath the fur-lined hood. Meanwhile, Xavier had taken down an eagle mid-flight with a single arrow, claiming it as his prey. That was when Penny appeared. With wide, misty eyes, she stood before Xavier, indignant.

Taming My Mate

Taming My Mate

The dressmaker didn't like to be accused of being clumsy and pushed her glasses further up her beak-like nose. Harper bit back a laugh. Penny reminded her of an exotic bird. Everything she wore was colorful, and in the human world, Penny would have made an excellent abstract art teacher. Penny's hair changed color after her mood. Even if the woman was well over fifty, she wasn't afraid to express herself through dyes. The bad thing about her was her strict and stale personality, though. Penny rarely smiled in front of anyone.

At His Mercy

At His Mercy

A Senator? Penny was beautiful, had always been beautiful. The girls envied her, the boys wanted her. If she had been more attentive she would have noticed this but she only ever cared about making her father proud and hearing him say; “My Midnight Fox. You have made me proud again, bunny. You will be a greater con artist than your father.”

The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

Brian said in annoyance. Upon seeing his anger, Penny felt wronged and turned to Felix. "If you dare trick my father, I promise you'll regret coming into this world." Tasha's expression darkened. Wasn't that equivalent to saying that she was trying to trick Brian? When Penny realized this, she quickly turned to Tasha. "Mrs. Sharpe, I'm not referring to you. It's just that he's too young," Penny explained. Felix took this chance to speak. "Mr. Wiley, you have gout, right?"

A wolf in sheep’s clothing

A wolf in sheep’s clothing

Strange, I had seen that look very rarely, most when we were in the presence of others around the castle; but never towards me, nor as brutally as it had shown moments earlier. I moved with the grace of my sisters as I twirled my mass of coppery hair into a tight plait, the length cascading over my shoulder as it sat just bellow my breast; keeping it in place with a simple black hair tie wrapped around the end of the twisted style. I smiled truthfully at my reflection in the vanity mirror, my baby blue eyes locked onto the plat in awe, each twist of my hair reminding me of my mother. Of how she often wore her hair in the style I did now, no one else in the kingdom daring such a simple look.

Penelope

Penelope

"I don't know the first thing about being a father. I wasn't expecting this." "You're not doing it alone, you'll learn as you go along. Don't make a mistake and run away from this."Eoin stood from his chair and picked up the files. "You're lucky you know, Penelope is a great little girl." I looked up at Eoin in surprise, after hearing the name."Penelope?" "That's what Jamie called her, after your mother. I should get back to work, Don't drink too much."He walked out of the office and back to his.

When you have to wait for long periods of time to read 1 short chapter it takes away from the enjoyment of reading the book. By the time a new chapter comes out, I have forgotten the other short chapters.

If Jamie is killed off in this storyline then what's the point. She's the fantastic female character that you want to know what going to happen between her & Mason. She's been through enough, now this tragic scenario ... happens. Come on now give her a HAPPY ENDING.

Being Yours

Being Yours

Annoyed with herself for not being able to block his presence, she pressed her shaking hands into her lap. ‘If you keep scowling like that, no one will dare come over for a reading.’ Penny, Rachel’s younger sister by five years, plopped down in the overstuffed chair with the grace of a tired puppy. Wearing a loosely woven dress of cobalt-blue cotton trimmed with colorful beads, Penny had completed her outfit by adding half a dozen earrings in each ear and enough bracelets and rings to start her own jewelry store.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wondering if I'm the only one who found the Penny x Sheepy tag and went 'huh, that's... oddly specific' before falling completely into it. It's such a weird little corner of the 'My Singing Monsters' fandom, but the dynamic is strangely fertile ground. Penny's this ambitious, slightly prickly inventor type, all gears and blueprints, while Sheepy is pure fluffy, chaotic instinct. You'd think it wouldn't work, but that's where the best fics live – in the gap between them.

I've read a few that treat Sheepy's bleating as a language only Penny learns to interpret, which flips their whole power dynamic. She's not just talking to a monster; she's decoding a worldview. Other writers go the surreal route, where Penny's machines start sprouting wool or Sheepy accidentally becomes the power source for some contraption. It's less about romance in a traditional sense and more about a mutual, baffling fascination that rewires both characters.

My favorite was one where Penny kept trying to measure Sheepy's 'efficiency' and got increasingly frustrated because Sheepy's value system is just 'being.' The ending, where she just sits in the field and stops calculating for a minute, felt like a quiet little victory.
