It's coz of something else. "Ok. Be safe, big bro." Peter said with a small smile. "Hmmm," Phoenix nodded. He walked to the table and waved at them before light covered him and he vanished. Now that he was gone, Peter's smile vanished. He turned to face his little sis. "I'm gonna read you something very intriguing." He sat beside her on the bed and took out a red book written in a strange language. Seeing the book, she immediately sat up. "You're not gonna read me that, are you?" she asked with a shaky voice.

"Peter was just being Peter. Don't read too much into it." Xander's gaze didn't waver. "I don't appreciate you talking about my fiancée like that," he said, his voice dangerously low. Peter swallowed visibly, his eyes darting between me and Xander. "Look, I didn't mean any disrespect. Dude, you are... You are... You are jealous!" He burst out laughing, clutching the side of his stomach. "The great Xander King is jealous!" Xander's expression didn't change. "Not jealous, Peter. Just setting boundaries."

CHAPTER 2 Isabella Swan sipped her coffee as she looked around the bustling cafe. It was filled with writers and creatives, each engrossed in their own world. Across from her sat Peter, her chatty editor, who was waving his arms excitedly as he discussed the upcoming publication of her novel on an online platform. "Isabella, this is going to be great!" Peter exclaimed, his excitement obvious. "Your readers will love the surprises in this new chapter. And the character development? Brilliant!"

Ryder snorted. “Rylen said...” “Rylen has no idea what he’s talkin’ about. He never has,” Ryder interrupted. “I know that NOW,” Peter said, “he still wants Luna Ryle as his own.” He started to explain. “He’s only using Heather; she’s his side piece.” Peter said, “he said he has no intension of ever making Heather his Luna.” “Heather has so much faith in him and he’s only using her.” Sam sighed. “I kinda feel bad for Heather. She really believes he’ll make her his Luna.”

Making Erick and Tristan who were busy with their readings stare at the three people. "Empty?" exclaimed Mr.Erick "Yes, this section is empty!" Xander exclaimed showing the blank to Erick as well as Tristan. Staring at the blank paper, Erick immediately moved closer to them. He took over the book that he had never touched even once. Opened the last pages and was completely blank.

He kisses my shoulder and stands, sliding out of me. “You know I wouldn’t be calling you if it wasn’t,” I hear Quirin say. I crawl onto the bed while Henry turns and sits beside me. I move behind him, wrapping my arms around him while I listen in, making sure nothing is wrong in our pack. “Do you know an Alpha Peter, Henry?” Henry growls. “Peter Moore? Patrick’s younger brother?” he asks, looking at me. “I just got off the phone with Wendy and Hacker. Apparently, Peter is the one who was planning to buy Piper.”

Peter had gotten them their invites. As they closed in on Peter, they saw who he had been talking animatedly with from a distance. It was none other than Erik Wilson the author. Erik was an average human with a clean shaven head and light brown eyes. He wore a transparent pair of glasses, a pair of dark blue jeans and white fitted long sleeve shirt. "Peter!" Tiffany called, showing up in his eyes. "Tiffany! Stephanie! Glad you guys could make it. I was just telling Mr Erik here about us Tiffany," Peter said, hugging both ladies.

The guards bristled at the slight movement, pressing their spears closer to him. Xavier raised a hand, halting their movements. I watch as Peter reveals a coiled snake tattoo, just below his ear.
