He didn’t realize that tears were streaming down his face. He laid his head on her chest and cried like a little boy. He cried for the pack members he’d lost, the war, Ronan and most definitely his Phoenix. He held like she would disappear and just when he thought he would lose his mind he heard, “Why is my shirt so wet?”

He screams so loud that he could probably wake the dead, he had never been put in a situation like this before. "T-Taylor" Peter manages to stay through the pain, I move closer to his head so that he could clearly see me "there's s-so much I need to tell you, please don't let me die" he pleads which just breaks my heart, I move one of my hands to hold his while the other keeps the pressure on the wound.

He said in a reprimanding tone but his eyes told me he was just being sarcastic I didn't realized but then my hand immediately came to my cheeks,noticing them wet. When did it happened.I think in panic .But I don't cry easily,I'm used to seeing such situations. I immediately removed wetness from my cheeks almost blushing at my actions. His tone was surprisingly soft, yet all I felt was anger. “I’M NOT A MONSTER!” I practically screamed as angry tears flooded my face. I aggressively tried to wipe them away knowing I would look weak crying. “Hey, hey, calm down Emma. No one is calling you a monster.” Peter chimed in, his voice was higher than normal as if he was addressing a toddler throwing a tantrum. “I’m not a child!”

I felt a sudden, intense pain in my chest and I rubbed it softly. I heard the door open and someone walked out of the room. I turned my gaze up to meet the sympathetic eyes of the doctor. My throat suddenly went dry. "We're sorry, Miss Parker. We couldn't save your friend," He said calmly and put a hand on my shoulder before walking away with the nurse trailing behind him. My legs felt weak, as if I lost the energy to do anything. I sank to the floor, drawing my knees closer as I hugged them. It felt like my heart crumbled within me. And I couldn't control my tears anymore. I cried my heart out. I just lost Brian. He was dead.

His smile is sick and vile. I take my jacket off and put pressure on the wound. My hands are shaking, red from the blood. Why isn’t anyone helping? They all take their seats, and I am left alone on the floor on my knees, with a puddle of blood appearing. Spider’s breathing becomes shallow, and I can’t stop crying as I put pressure. “Spider, please, hang in there”, I say between tears, and I can hear Chris laughing.

A large swath of air instantly turned into a billowing hurricane and blasted at him. "Ahh!" Peter screamed miserably, and half of his face sunk in. Then, half of his teeth well out from his gum, mixed with his blood as he spat them out. Not only that, but one of his eyeballs was protruding, and his eyelid could not even cover it. As Peter was sent flying meters away, he finally fell into the stream again, splashing a large amount of blood. That time, Peter's miserable scream immediately broke the quietness of the night. Not long after, the nearby patrolling disciples rushed over. The disciples living in the surrounding compounds also came over after they heard the terrible cry, and they thou

"I'm an idiot." I couldn't stop. I felt like a wounded pup, my shoulders shaking. Peter pulled out a clean silk handkerchief and began to dab at my eyes. "Don't cry. How about I splash myself with coffee so you can yell at me? Would that help?" I let out a wet, tiny laugh. "I-I’m not crying because of you." Peter’s eyes narrowed, a fierce spark in the silver depths. "Good. Then who did this? Give me a name, and I will handle it personally."

She’d barely been able to stand, yet in that moment, she was unstoppable. As for Peter, he’s lying in a deep coma. The doctors say his bones and organs took severe damage, and that he might not survive it. Serves him right for what he did to Lucy. If a miracle hadn’t saved my best friend, I don’t even want to think about what could’ve happened to her and little Mr. Cutie.

A complete, shattered mess. "Angelina, when did you get back?" Peter's gentle voice called out as he walked onto the balcony. His warm smile instantly faltered when he saw the thick tears streaming from my eyes. He closed the distance and immediately engulfed me in a tight, comforting hug. "I—I—" I stuttered, struggling to speak through my violent sobs. "Shh," Peter cooed, stroking my back. He kept whispering soft, encouraging words into my hair while just letting me cry.
